Fantastic central location for a night out.

Basic, and decor a little tired

Brilliant bedside lights. Enabling one to sit up and read without disturbing the other.

I booked a twin and was given a room with a double bed. I'm sure the staff would have changed the room if we had asked, but I initially thought I'd made a mistake in the booking. I hadn'T. But the bed was very comfortable.

Car Parking Rooms were advertised with sofa beds as well as beds and this was not the case

The staff where friendly and polite Room was clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable, all round excellent experience. Food excellent.

Booked into incorrect room. Luggage was forwarded to hotel, it was not stored in the lockable luggage room, after a few phone calls, discovered it was delivered that morning. We arrived at hotel at 4pm and staff finally located luggage in their office at 5.30pm

A lovely hotel in a handy city centre location with reasonable prices and helpful and friendly staff.

Probably a one of but a spillage on our room floor had not been cleaned before we arrived.

The hotel really had no "killer" must go again features. Just another hotel in another town.

No fried eggs for breakfast. The hot water in my shower wasn't hot enough.

Location was good as we traveled by train.

Room basic. Carpet instead of laminate flooring and a few pictures on the walls would have made the room look a wee bit more luxurious.

Modern, very clean and comfortable. A lot of thought has gone into the planning of this hotel.

Bathroom was very spacious I liked the wet room style shower.

A bit pricey but located near train station which was why I booked a room there.

nice easy going hotel, clean, tidy and well kept, the staff were excellent, always polite and ready to help, breakfasts were good and always well stocked, the room were small but sufficient for our needs, all in all a good hotel to stay at, and would not hesitate to stay again and to recommend to other people.

there was not enough storage space if you were staying for sometime you would live out of your suitcase, but for us that is the only criticism

We stayed at 5 different hotels during the course of our trip to Europe, and this was by far the best. Everything greatly exceeded expectations... the room was clean, simple, and modern with an incredible view of the city. The staff were all the friendliest and most helpful folks we ran into on our trip, and gave great and very honest advice on how to spend our days in the Highlands. They also surprised us by following up with us on our experiences afterwards! Free WiFi in the lobby was a nice perk, and the location cannot be beat - right across from the main bus station in Inverness, and in the heart of downtown. We were very sad to leave, and will not consider any other hotel but this one if we return to Inverness.

Room was clean and bathroom nice, but with shower only. It was on a par with holiday inn express.

No car park. Very noisy guests next door and as there was a connecting door, no way for us to avoid hearing two very drunk young men being sick! No apology from staff next day gave us the idea this might be a regular occurrence at this establishment
