Rent, nytt & snyggt samt väldigt sköna sängar. Det centrala läget nära till både buss och tåg. Frukosten borde alltid ingå i priset, det vilseleder oss kunder. |

Very clean. We were on the fifth floor and had the most wonderful view from our room. I'd ask for that when staying there again. Only that I could not stay longer!!! |

Newness and cleanliness of hotel and superb quality breakfast. Only 1 pillow per person in rooms. Shower floods the floor. |

The staff were all very friendly and efficient, and the room we stayed in was lovely. (not too noisy either, considering the hotel was situated in the centre of the city) |

Very friendly staff; great to have a propper shower rather than a bath/shower. The room was cold. Ok it had heating, but when I went out for dinner the power went off. By the time I got back the room was cold again. It was not warm by the time I went to bed. Next time I shall take a blank card so that I can leave the heating on. Secondly, breakfast is far too expensive. It might be good value - but I do not want a stomach busting breakfast. Thirdly, why was the best price I could get (a couple of months in advance) on a travel web site? |

Superb location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were modern and clean. We also had lunch in the hotel and it was excellent. All round a great visit and I would definitely use the hotel again. |

I thought the hotel was very good value for money. Staff friendly & food good The system of heating only being on when room is occupied. It was mild during my stay but the room still took some time to warm up. |

It was lovely and clean - I liked the fact that they had wood effect flooring instead of hard to clean carpets which I always think are quite unhygienic in a hotel. The wet-room type shower was excellent too. No parking. We parked in the multi-storey nearby but, if you had a lot of luggage, it would be a bit of a pain to carry it. |
