Location facilities food room
The food was amazing the staff were very friendly and helpful and the beds were really comfortable. Enjoyed the stay .
Bathroom needed cleaning but this was soon sorted out .
Good size room
There were revellers outside the hotel bar until 5 am keeping us awake.
At night there was a great deal of noise from the street below with shouting and bad language. It was hot in the room and we had the windows open . sink WAS blocked and bed lights did not work
Room was very good , clean and new
Sound proofing not good , next door room basically having a party at midnight . Staff did have a word as soon as we reported it , but didn't really stop . I don't suppose ramada can advertise for 'curtious guests only !?!'
Room was dirty Bin was not empty Toilet door not clean Hair on bed Rang reception from room no answer rang from my phone to reception got an answer. The view was of an another back building
Cafe/bar area was comfortable
Lacking in vegetarian options and availability of those options.
Too hot In the room or conditioning wouldn't work , and no door on the shower
Location (right next to the Curve and all the other Cultural Quarter venues - The Shed, The Exchange, etc. Very fast, friendly and efficient check-in and check-out Airy, modern, clean and bright room Good shower
Mattress slightly too soft / duvet and pillows rather thin Quite light in the morning - blackout blinds would be good Absence of parking. An NCP is only a few metres away but will cost you £20 per 24hr stay.
Breakfast was undercooked
The bed was comfortable and firm The food was nice The room was spacious and nice The bathroom was clean and spacious
The breakfast trays were not so clean I had to carry the trays of the dinner I ordered by myself to my room with minimal assistance.
Big lobbey, costa coffee
Expensive, small room, smells funny, poor design, receptionists were rude,no slippers provided
good breakfast acessible to the town centre
poor lighting in the room
The location is excellent and so are the front desk staff, very accomdating and helpful. Menu could improve a little as to the number of selections. Could also have some air conditioning in the room as it was a little warm even though it was late September. Still would highly recommend it to my friends and family.
That I had to ask for my trash to be emptied after the room had been cleaned
The location and breakfast
Room was very cold, 3 lights weren't working
location is OK. next to Midas bar
The staff were rude and unhelpful. at 2-3am my room didn't open due to a failure in the key mechanism. It had all of my things inside my room. I was promised a refund for the next day, when they finally let me in at 5:30am. The lady who was the manager (black coloured, unhelpful lady) downstairs said because we slept in the room, we cannot get a refund. no apology, rude. I can think of a few other words I could call her but I shall refrain. Her poor attitude reflects badly on what the standard of hotels should be like. I don't know how she was raised or how she even got her job, but I would most definitely avoid staying at this place
Very helpful receptionist.
It's a shame it doesn't have its own car park.
Staff really nice
large comfitable room happy hour in bar happy staff
hard to find by car not the best area of town
Right in town NCP car park £8 per day Lovely big rooms Nice restaurant
Noisy neighbours due to party going on as hotel in town
The bathroom had a smell that was unbearable. Curtains were terrible and the room is uncomfortable / clinical
The bed was very comfortable, it was a short walk to the train station and the hotel was quiet and clean. The shower room was walk in and very nice.
