bed was not good
smell in shower area
Reception was very friendly and helpful. Room clean and tidy with comfortable bed and spacious wet room. The gym was adequate with free weights, treadmill and bikes.
Can't think of anything negative.
Closeness to airport, it was a 10 min walk to terminal. Hotel was quiet even though close to airport.
No Wifi in my room. Available elsewhere. Was told by reception they "could not do anything about"
The hotel was clean and staff were helpful and friendly.
Ordered dinner, had to take it to our room ourselves, which we didn't mind until we got to the room and couldn't get in and my partner had to sit in the hall to eat his meal in the hallway so it didn't get cold, while I went back to reception to sort the door card out. Also requested champagne on ice, it was just in a metal container, no ice. In managements defence, our bar bill was credited as compensation, £20. It's definitely not a 5 min walk to the airport, taxi costs £7.
iron + board, kettle, coffee and tee in room, free wifi, baby friendly, very satisfied with the equipment of the room
very simple breakfast (included in price), but thats only our opinion, heating only over air condition (little bit noisy while we slept and ac started to work)
The staff and the restaurant were excellent.
Noisy children in the corridors!
Restaurant on site, and had a good meal. Wifi in room included.
More lights in the room
The location is the winner for me - it allows me to work in / around the South and then stay over and collect colleagues that are travelling via trains.
The food and drink prices are expensive but probably inline with other airport located hotels.
Location was fine, with a short walk to the bus stop. The mid term car park was a short distance away. Food at the hotel was perfect for our needs and reasonably priced. Convenient for our needs. Although close to the road and airport, it wasn't noisy and the staff on reception were great.
The shower didn't look clean, but that was mainly due to poor design/build which led to water pooling on the tiled floor which is damaging the woodwork and door, so it looks shabby and must be difficult to clean.
The location is extremely handy for those with early flights from London Luton. We chose this hotel mainly because of that, and also because it was the only hotel in the area listed as having a checkout time starting around 4/5am Which you will need if you are taking a 7.45am flight.
Food wasn't very nice and actually made me slightly ill (I had a veggie bean burger with chips), drinks are way too expensive and the layout of the rooms is slightly confusing. On the whole its good value for the price and is really good for a short stay.
A Wonderful reception from the staff. The room was clean, bed was comfy...what more can you ask for?
Not a bad experience really only one minor, it would have been nice if there was a rug on the floor I forgot my bed socks
Very convenient for Luton airport. Good value for money.
Clean, but shower room we had was showing signs of water damage.
Room was tidy and modern
Receptionist was grumpy
Very convenient for airport (10 min walk), basic but clean & quiet. Great value.
Nothing with hotel. Walking to airport as woman alone was a little spooky at 5am
Lots of inconsiderate individuals running around all night. Have a young family and no one slept, especially after a creepy man knocking on the bedroom door. Bed was also broken.
Easy to find; on-site parking; close to airport
Restaurant staff made disparaging remarks about the Receptionist (it's her job to know"); off-hand manner; when I ordered an apple juice, after half an hour we were told "there isn't any". We ordered a starter for sharing and two main courses - the mains arrived first, they claimed not to know anything about a starter.
The location and easiness value for money
a poor choice of spirits especially rum at the bar bed wasn't very comfortable
Location Bar snacks
Efficient Staff. Clean Room, Good WiFi
Location excellent. Staff lovely.
Food average. Double bed uncomfortable as it was two single beds pushed together that kept sliding apart
convenient location, minutes from the airport, clean room, big TV, big car park.
the bathroom is a little bit messy, room is not carpeted
Proximity to airport, cost and checkout times available.
Pillows quite large and firm. 2 others supplied in the room but were exactly the same.
