Ramada Encore Milton Keynes  

The location was good and the staff were friendly.

When I checked in, I asked for a quiet room and was given a room next to a noisy cupboard where the extrator system was. Therefore I had to change the room. However, the new room given did not have any internet access and the heating sytem was not working, so again I had to change room. When I went to have a shower in the evening, the bathroom got 'flooded' as the water was drained very, very slowly. I had to mop up all the water after my shower, which was ridiculous... As the water went into the corridor as well!

Drain in shower/wet room didn't work v well resulting in water overflowing into the room. Mattress quite thin and not very comfortable

The location, the staff, from reception, bar and Rooms, the place is good for relaxing and the food is superb, friendly atmosphere,services are are good and i would like to go back for yet another weekend break,trasport is available at all times, needless to say the general staff made my weekend enjoyable, thanks for the Ramada team at milton keynes

i have no complain, all was good

Everything was great: pleasent staff, clean and spacious facilities, proximity to central railway station and shopping centre, reastaurant nearby, etc.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and modern with all the amenities required for a city trip. It was a nice touch having a sofa in the room and there was nothing more I required.

Sloppy management of the breakfast service. I asked for marmalade when there wasn't any laid out. First, manager looked and came back and said there wasn't any. I said that that's ridiculous. He went back again and someone else then found some. Bread for toasting not replenished . And you could at least put the knives and forks etc on the tables? Also, when I mentioned the breakfast problem on checking out the receptionist didn't seem at all interested. Hope this helps

Frendly hotel staff and helpful

Well there was a hole in the inside bathroom door fist size and and I did mention this to the staff also a big filler mark above the bed as if there was a water leak or thr roof had caved in and also the room oposite had eaten a piza but left the box outside there room when I opened the door in the morning there was piza all over the door and hallway .also people kept banging on the door all night .

A clean modern building in a great central location within easy walking distance of the main shopping area, bars & restaurants. The Wetherspoons next door was very handy for a hearty breakfast at a reasonable price.

The hotel is right next door to some very busy bars and restaurants. We stayed on a Saturday night and were woken up several times by very loud drunken groups returning from their nights out. There is very little sound proofing in the hotel itself. We found it much cheaper to park in the purple zone across the road, rather than pay the hotel rate of £10 per night for their multi-storey.
