This hotel is a short walk from the station. Wi Fi is only freely available in the bar. On the one night that I was staying the bar was booked for a very noisy party - not the right moment to sit in the corner with my laptop! Internet in the room was through a cable, approx cost £14 for 24 hours, of £5 for one hour. |

I like the location of the hotel and it's very modern and chic! If your trying to contact the hotel via the hotel, there really slow in there response, like 3-4 days! Asked about parking and we got a response 2 days after we left the hotel, and have left an item in the room and we've still had no response! Also the bed is really hard and uncomfortable and there's no spare pillows! |

The hotel was clean and the room spacious. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel was advertised as having a restaurant but for both nights of our stay there was a private function in the restaurant and we were unable to dine there. We found this unacceptable! |

Clean room, great bathroom and shower facilities, good hospitality. Coffee and tea facilities appreciated. Great sound proofing in the rooms though which was a real positive. Doors echoed badly when they were shut all down the corridor, some cushioning might help this as it disburbs your sleep when people arrive late/get up early. Pillows shockingly bad and reminded me why I must travel why my own! |

Noisy floor in bedroom, not enough pillows, noisy hall way and doors constantly banging, smell of marajuana on 7th floor hallway. Room booked until 12:00 but the housekeeper banged on the door at 10:30 so he could clean the room - to top it all you have to pay £7.50 to park your car in the public car park across the street - Hmmmmmm, wont be staying here again!!!! Did I complain yes!!!!! |

while staying at Ramada i booked a room with me and my girlfriends for my birthday . the room was beautiful. everything was perfect. really nice n stylish and the view that we had was really nice. The ensuite was very nice. It's very close to restaurants and clubs and a very short walk to the town which was good. I Can't say anything bad about this place and will be coming back to the hotel. the price was good but could of done with breakfast included. |

Clean affordable hotel which is centrally located. Staff were professional and attentive. Wooden floors in rooms - very loud when walking on them with shoes. Felt rather sorry for the guests in the room below!! |

Low cost, convenient Bathroom extract did not work. Parking expensive and you had to get a car park token before you parked the car?? |

i liked my room, it was very clean and comfortable. the restaurant manager was very friendly as were house keeping. the assistant manager at the hotel was very rude. both a man and a woman. i was told they had run of parking permits, so i had to pay an extra £15 to park my car on the 8th floor of the car park. i was given no help with my bags since they had no car park permits and what took the absolute michael, was that everytime i took my car out i had to collect a token before i brought my car back in. i wasnt allowed to take the token as i was heading out of the hotel incase they 'run out'. this procedure was not convenient and portrayed the staff to be very rude. both the assistants didnt smile, and made us feel very unwelcome. |

It was not advertised that the hotel was beside two very busy and noisy bars.I think this kind of Information should be made clear. |
