Beds were a nice size and very confirtable
Basic room, no mini bar
Modern reception, really good facilities, friendly, clean, very comfortable beds!
Should have better lighting in room, getting ready for a night could be quite challenging.
We stay here every year for shopping and celebrating and the location is perfect. Park the car up and it doesn't need to move until we leave. Everything we want to do is within walking distance.
We had a room near the front of the hotel this time and there was a lot of noise. (I think one group were trying to play jingle bells on car horns!)
Location, cleanliness, contemporary style, happy professional staff
Closeness to all the attractions, restaurants, shops and theatre. All the staff were excellent, helpful and very welcoming.
Only one pillow per person on the bed and they were rather uncomfortable.
Location Breakfast ok
No staff available at desk when checking in Creaky floorboards Got a twin room when ordered a double No parking when arriving late
Took an hour to find my details which made me late for event. Sent to a room with people in it at one point! Booked a double room but got a twin, made do as could bear going down 4 floors to reception again. Parking is also not as advertised
Staff were very rude and the bath smells bad
Location Room Quality Staff were excellent
No free wifi but that's not too big a deal
Location and Room were lovely
Room directly above loud party which was not advised at time of booking. Breakfast items not available on buffet on arrival, coffee machine not working, staff not clearing tables. Staff advised at time of check out and compensation agreed
As we were going shopping the venue was excellent for us and was also great for restaurants.
The night we stayed there was a party of which we weren't aware. The restaurant and bar were closed forcing us to go out, not only that the noise was awful and we were unable to get to sleep until well after 2.00 pm. We were then awoken rudely at 6.00 am by a party of people in room 213 who had their door wide open.
- Location - - - - Yep, thats about the only good part
- Booked double bed, got 2 singles. - Ankle deep cold water in shower. - Resturant had run out of eggs, black pudding, beans, bread & croissant at at 9am on a Sun morning. - Dining plates were wet. - The coffee machine broken. - The hotel is grossly understaffed. - I will never, ever use this chain again...
dench sex.. great location
squeaky bed, lack of pillows, strange hole in floor
Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Wooden noisy floor. Party music very loud till 1 am. Fan heater causing dry throat and on auto coming on and off noisy.
If you ask me what I like on an individual basis you get the previous answer. All together not for me I will go somewhere else next time.
What the hell is that all about, the floor in every room is wooden and so noisy, your noise and everybody else can be heard as they move around the rooms. No wifi for free In the rooms
Clean & comfortable stay. Friendly staff & a great place to stay for the money.
The Hotel is in the right position for the railway and bus station, within walkin distance. And there is plenty af areas to dine in and the supermarket is near the hotel.
The Wi-Fi in Milton Keynes is pretty poor to get a reception amost of the time.
Location and friendly staff
All rooms the same just executive suit came with some snacks dressing gowns.... Couldn't use free internet either with the code I was given... Poor value for money seen as I paid £110 for executive suite and had same room size and items as a standard room that my friend had only I got 2 bottles of water Pringles and mars bars... Would I stay again no
The kettle in our room was not working so the staff member on the front desk brought us a jug of hot water up straight away and then sorted our kettle in the morning.
Booked two rooms on the same day for us and when we arrived we ended up in one room on floor 7 and one on floor 4. we asked if anything could be changed but told no as the rooms were allocated 24 hrs before. If 1 person has booked 2 rooms surely it must be easier to put them together. The reception staff had the cost of one our rooms wrong but still put the initial payment through on my card for that amount without checking first. When I queried the amount he assured me it was right and just carried on with the payment before I could get the paperwork and show it to him.
Squeaky wooden floorboards
Modern and great location
Bed a bit too soft
The closeness to the shops . Great parking. Lovely places to eat around it.
Breakfast had stood for a while but was ok.
Staff did their best and were polite, helpful and must have their work cut out dealing with complaints so I feel for them. Answering all the bad reviews must be a full time job for someone! Location was great and the pepperoni pizza was delicious!
Checked in and was given a room on the 7th floor. Fortunately I'd read a previous review which said beware rooms on the 7th floor are smoking rooms so I asked to change. Then I was told I could only have a twin. Again a previous review warned of this so I insisted on a double which I got. Rooms were noisy due to floor boards, bed mega uncomfortable and linen felt like cardboard. TV from the 1990s, sofa and hairdryer from the 1970s! Silverfish on the floor, pubic hair in the bed and a bad smell in the lift. All things noted in other reviews which clearly have been ignored. Ramada really need to take notice although, as they're not, it seems providing a hotel of this poor quality still rakes in the money. The staff, however, deserve a medal - I only had to stay 3 nights, they have to work there!
Perfect location Friendly staff Excellent breakfast
No wifi in the room Only available at 1st floor
