Very good for the price
The rooms where very clean home from home not enough milk and coffee in rooms for two people. Food was pricey and not really catered for fussy people like myself
The staff is courteous and helpful. The bed linen and towels are clean. The rooms are clean. A 10 minute walk from the Birmingham International station. Quiet surrounding. Good bar and English breakfast.
The menu for dinner doesn't have a lot of variety. The food was not so good for lunch and dinner.
Wireless connection is only via cable in rooms . If you use an ipad you cannot connect . Many business users could find this frustrating and outdated .
jeremy in restaurant excellent welcoming and efficient chef very helpful with coeliac gluten free requirements
bed quite lumpy but still slept ok!
Friendly helpful staff, nice room
This is our second stay in this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful at all times, even though the restaurant was very busy,as most guests were attending a bible conference at the LG arena we were all having breakfast at the same time. But nothing was too much trouble.
My usual gripe about all hotels the lighting in the room is very poor, when eyesight is diminished due to being older in years it is very frustrating. Carpet would be better on the floor as laminate was slippy, so quite dangerous. Evening meals a bit pricey, although very nice.
the hotel room style including color, decoration, lights.
It was clean, comfortable, modern and great value! I've stayed at top hotels which weren't as nice as this. The bathroom was lovely too which is one of the most important things to me!
The hotel was very tricky to find and abit noisey.. PILLOWS WERE AWFUL!
Location was spot on for the LG, staff were fantastic and food very good especially for the price. Well impressed.
Bed!!! Sooooooo uncomfortable, was like sleeping on a concrete slab. Premier Inn beds far more comfortable for a lot less money. That needs addressing. I even swapped rooms hoping the other would be better, no such luck. All my friends and family staying at the hotel also commented on how hard the beds are.
excellent staff and professionalism especially in the restaurant and front of house
Walk-in shower View from window Andrew - carried our luggage upstairs, as husband had injured his back. Refused a tip. Soya milk provided. Friendly helpful staff. Very quiet.
Not much choice of buffet breakfast for vegans.
location to airport, tv, comfy bed, quite location,
no wifi in bedroom, some tiles in floor loose, pillows weren't great (one soft, other hard).
Hotel staff were polite and helpful. Excellent experience at this hotel. I would book again with out a doubt. Food was freshly cooked and manager made us feel very welcome and cared for which is important when traveling as mother and daughter across England.
Excellent stay friendly and helpful staff
Wrong sat nav postcode.
Hotel was easy to find. Rooms had everything you need and fairly comfortable. Would go back to this hotel if we were going down that way again. Price was good.
Not near any restaurants or shops so had to eat in the hotel restaurant which was very expensive for not great food - pretty disappointing actually! Paying for parking!
Key from room needed to reset every day
Close to the train station
Comfortable and clean room
noise but it's next to an airport so to be expected
The menu selection is limited and over priced otherwise everything else about the hotel is stellar.
the bathroom,the bedroom.
the bar area, needs to be separate from eating area.
friendly staff nice bar good breakfast
Andrew in Reception - he was brilliant and also the Restaurant Manager (Jeremy Beeson??). He was so switched on and aware. They both made such a good impression for the hotel.
Breakfast was good. Dinner was not so good - could do better!
