Ramada Encore NEC, Birmingham  

Very central to NEC, good clean facilities at a reasonable price.

Very noisy group of people kept me awake until 2 am, lots of shouting, screaming and banging doors. Had full busy day ahead with very little sleep. Didn't complain at the time as I was very rushed for time. Possibly may not use you again.

Convenient location for NEC, felt safe, easy access to and from hotel from motorway

The location is excellent for the nec and transport into he city centre its self. Staff were friendly and always on hand to help.

The beds were like concrete. Would have found myself better on the floor. Also the room was a little unclean. The corners of the walk in shower for instance and also there was grpur missing from between floor tiles.

Breakfast was good, with a moderate selection available. The staff were friendly and helpful. Having parking was useful even if you have to pay for it, and the proximity to the NEC was partly the reason we chose the Ramada. We would stay there again.

The double bed was narrow. Considering the price paid this was suprising. More breakfast choices would have been better. Shower in room was described as a power shower but we thought it was a bit weak.

Well located for LG Arena. Modern shower room. Clean room and public areas.

Laminate flooring in rooms which seems strange. Sofa not very comfortable.

Staff were great and very friendly, good service in the bar and restaurant . Hotel was spotless as were the rooms

Substandard hotel

Very close to NEC which was the main purpose of our visit. Bar and restaurant area was very nice and food was tasty.

The hotel didnt seem to have our booking on record. I had to prove with a printed email that I had booked a room. Without it, i am not sure they would have been able to find my reservation.

Went up for the gadget show.Hotel is just a 5 minute stroll from the NEC. Menu in the restaurant was well varied and fairly priced. Beds were nice and firm which makes a change. Bathroom was modern and the shower was very good. The 2 nights we stayed the hotel was fully booked, I was surprised at how quite it was in the evening

Lack of facilities and appalling food. I ate twice in the hotel and both times the food was poor and tasteless.

Location in regards to the NEC, decore was modern which is always a plus.

the bed was on the hard side, for my liking this may not be a issue for others that prefer a stiffer bed. Also there was a a lot of road noise i have stayed in a premier inn right next to a motorway that was quieter, so if you sleep light And need a good kip then may not be the best choice of hotel. Or at lest ask for a carpark facing room on the quieter side.

Reception staff very welcoming always a welcoming attitude from them when just passing by. Hotel is clean rooms good value

Restaurant/bar staff looked very grumpy.it's always a pleasure to have someone grumpy serving you. Also due to this I would say I would look at dinning at the little owl instead

Clean, comfy and modern. good bathroom and shower. Excellent location for both the NEC and Airport(with 5 minute walk to the shuttle that takes direct to airport terminal). overall satisfied customer would stay again.

After a late night show the hotel is close the LG area so no rushing or waiting for transport.

Would have liked a larger menu in the restaurant with a little more variety. Also found the beds a little uncomfortable. They were to firm and not enough support in the pillows.
