New hotel in a good location very easy to visit Newcastle Nice people and good breakfast

Location for access to Newcastle Quayside and city centre

Lack of drawer space in the bedroom. When staying for 4 nights you need a lot of clothes but had nowhere to put them.

The breakfast was very good, hotel was spotlessly clean everywhere, room and particularly the king size bed! staff were all pleasant and friendly. Location for both the city and for the Sage is good. All in all a very nice experience and will definitely use again.

Poor hand-towel size bath towels. Spartan. Same furniture and 1 picture in larger king room as standard room?

Found the signage for the hotel difficult to spot on first approach

Main areas were clean and fressh as they would be for a newly opened hotel. Location was good for the foot bridge over the tyne, to the restaurants.

The toilet within our room had not been cleaned, leaving mess within the bowl.

Hotel bar a bit pricey

Location was very convenine for our city-centre event - a wedding reception at the Baltic. Staff were very helpful and the food (breakfasts and evening meal) good.

Immediate surroundings a little bleak. Rather too many "stags and hens" in evidence but to be fair they only disturbed us once and this is clearly a Newcastle-Gateshead issue, not one unique to the Ramada Encore.

The staff were lovely. Very helpful and friendly. Clean, modern rooms.

Was quite expensive when you added parking and breakfast. Could have stayed somewhere nicer for cheaper. Althought the breakfast said "all you can eat".. Realistically, you are not going to eat £9 worth of cereal ect..

There was an excellent welcome from staff; quick and efficient check in. The room was clean, modern and spacious and represented very good value for money.

Car parking is a bit tight!

Staff were very friendly and soundproofing of rooms was good.

Wet room shower was badly designed so whole shower room floor soaked after showering.

everything, all the staff were excellent and Robyn always had time to talk to us both. Meals were also excellent

A member of staff called Rachel was very rude and not willing to help or serve! Manors where absent from this girl! Everything else was excellent
