Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

All the bars are accross the millenium bridge, there are none around the hotel. How ever it is a lovely walk across the bridge. It was warm so we had the window open and it was quite noisy in the morning.

Comfortable, staff very friendly. Food was lovely.

Location (not their fault, we just picked the wrong location for us as we had family/friends in North Tyneside).

    Polite staff

First room had air con unit outside window, which kept tripping on and off. It was an extremely hot night and we needed the window open, we asked to move because it disturbed our nights sleep . We had two rooms during our stay and had only one bath and hand towel in each, had to ask for extra ones. Bed was made daily however when cover pulled back the bottom sheet had not been straightened, it was creased just as we got out of the bed. Duvet pulled straight and smooth to give correct appearance, appears lazy member of staff employed.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, suggesting walks to the main attractions of Newcastle. Room was spacious and facilities very welcome for campervan travellers. A really enjoyable stay, felt very welcome.

Wifi was a little patchy, but free.

No air conditioning. Room very hot at night which made it hard to sleep.

Everything was fine. We went for breakfast to Great Coffee that was just over the bridge.

    Breakfast is expensive.
