Hotel was pretty poor, breakfast was a fortune and not very good. Beds were uncomfortable and the whole place was old and in need of some tlc.
The location was perfect walking distant in to town for shopping, restaurants, cinema, theatre and bars were only 5 minutes walk
Being situated at front of hotel means you can hear constant traffic and drunk passers by till early hours of the morning. Best to be in room at back of hotel

For the first time the pillows all 4 were flat and too firm and uncomfortable to sleep on besides that very good elsewhere.
Good central location.
I had booked 2 rooms (1 double for my parents and a twin with an additional bed for myself, sister and partner) well in advance of our stay on the 6th November. However when my parents arrived to check in, it transpired that Ramada Encore had not received the booking from Booking.com (despite me receiving a confirmation from the site and having passed over my card details to secure the booking weeks before) and therefore did not have the rooms I had pre-booked available. We then had to wait a good 45mins-1 hour for the issue to be resolved, and we had to purchase the only available twin rooms left, along with an additional room because were told that in fact they didn't have any rooms left that could accommodate 3 people. Whilst we were able to secure two of those rooms for the same rate offered on Booking.com, for the third room we had to pay more. The situation became even worse the following day where despite paying for 5 breakfasts at check in, when it came to checking out, the lady at reception claimed that we hadn't paid for one of the breakfasts. After embarrassingly spending a good 10 minutes explaining how we had covered all costs at check-in, another member of staff who was working the day before finally intervened and confirmed that we had already paid. In sum, it was a succession of errors from start to finish! The hotel weren't at all apologetic for the inconvenience caused, and I am really annoyed that Booking.com failed to process the reservation despite sending me a confirmation email and a follow up reminder of stay email a week before.
Being a young lad in my 20s I like the modern lifestyle this was just perfect for me from the minute walked through the door
Only annoying thing was the vent in the bathroom was rather noisey but nothing serious at all
This is the second time we have stayed at the Ramada Encore in Bournemouth, we were there for 5 days and had a great stay, the room was clean spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was always well stocked, we enjoyed lunch and had dinner there a couple of days, the food was excellent, and very quick service. All the staff were very friendly. We have no hesitation in returning there again next time we are in Bournemouth.
Air con in the bedroom. Breakfast buffet. Evening meal reasonably priced and very nice. Staff very helpful and chatty.
Shower only (no bath in our room.) Would have liked an extra pillow.
Clean, comfortable rooms.
Paddling to the rear of my car in the car park after a rain shower.
Good location - near the sea front, shops and the BIC. This hotel is functional and had what we wanted for a one night stay. No frills, but clean and tidy and very friendly. The room was spacious as well. We managed to park there as well, so that was good. I would stay there again.
Great that the parking & wifi were both free.....rare to find these days. Good location between the 2 centres for entertainment/evening dining.
Wifi was somewhat slow and couldn't handle downloading short video clips.
It was clean and modern
Bed was hard and other guests woke us up at 3am and 4am
Clean, comfortable room, great shower, good breakfast, easy parking.
Laminate flooring in the room.
Close to sea, free on-site parking, good food, nice clean room, bathroom and washing facilities modern and clean, very helpful staff
Beds are hard, so didn't get much restful sleep, some might not like the lack of a bath(shower only)
Breakfast was good ,staff kept tables clear and clean.
Shower floor had not been installed correctly so water flood the entire bathroom when showering
The location of the hotel was excellent for the purpose of our visit.
Helpful friendly staff Comfortable room Good location
Restaurant / Bar was impersonal
Everything bar the bed.
Very close to beach, shops and town. Great breakfast. Nice, good value evening menu. Plenty of underground parking. Big room, wet room type shower, lots of hot water. Quiet ( was at side of hotel). Beer cheap ( £3.60 Budweiser) .
Rowdy group in bar for a time, not spoken to by staff ( but did go to town after a short time).
