Clean in both the public areas and room.Nice big walk in shower, secure underground car park. Nothing - will be my hotel of choice when in Bournemouth.

I liked the facilities in the hotel the cleanliness, the lovely staff the meals and the whole cost of the holiday. The firm mattress on the bed Also on the desk in the room there was a card telling you if you booked directly with the hotel their was a special offer. We worked it out and we would have saved over £80 on the price we paid booking online, but you don't know this till you arrive at the hotel, we were abit disappointed about this

Hotel staff were very polite and organised.Room was nice and fresh and the walkin shower was superb.The breakfast was also really tasty.When i visit bournemouth again i will be very happy to book this hotel again.

The price The fact that like so many hotels you have not learned to finish bathroom " edges " in mould resistant silicone and there is black mould which even when cleaned remains and leaves bathrooms looking unclean and tatty
