We actually liked not having a restaurant which served evening meals. The all day snack menu was very adequate and the mon-fri buffet lunch was at a fair price and good quality At times the Car Parking (free) was inadequate. Difficult to see how this could be improved and no obvious alternative parking within acceptable walking distance although staff may have advised had I needed to ask |

Quick service. Room rather functional and the wooden floor was a little noisy but clean and comfortable. Reasonable selection of TV channels. Good location for the nearby offices. Competitive price. |

Modern, informal atmosphere at this hotel. Very pleasant and polite, mainly young, staff members. Excellent position in relation to town centre and beach areas. I know that this is classed as a "business hotel" suggesting mainly short stay guests but, what a pity about the lack of wardrobe space! We would gladly stay here for a week long stay, but where do you put all your clothes? |

Was well situated for shop restaurants and BIC at Bournemouth. Nothing really outstanding about the hotel. Everything was adequate but not outstanding. |

good location, very clean, helpful staff, nice breakfast, good value for accomodation & safe parking room was geared toward businessmen, very little hanging space, no wardrobe or draw space, no mirror above small table (couldn't call it a dressing table) so my wife found it difficult when getting ready, room was hot as air-con could not be adjusted for cold/warm (locked), view from room was of building site next door |

Good location and full cooked breakfast was excellent. Large room and beds were very comfortable. The room was cold when we arrived - mid Oct. Heating was via the aircon unit. This just made the room draughty. The wooden floors looked great but added to the feeling of being cold. Hotel did not supply separate heaters. Would stay in summer but probably not in winter. |

The location was excellant - near to beach and shops. The staff gave time to us during our stay, very helpful. No bath, only shower room, so no choice. |

the shower was very good and the varied nature of the breakfast was excellent.I particularly enjoyed the fruit. The cooked breakfast was cold every day and often congealed ,so i didnt like that at all. Also no lunch served on Sunday was a problem and we had to go out searching for a restaurant.. |

The room was very clean and functional - at one level it reminded me of student accomodation, ie the sparcity (no wardrobe, just coathooks and hangers), but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. There was also a huge window which allowed maximum sunlight. The location ie halfway btwn the beach and rail station was good, although people w poor mobility or buggies should be minded of the uphill walk from the city centre. The breakfast was a wasted opportunity to use a pleasant space and upgrade the whole experience. Although the spread of food was fine, the quality was poor - use of juice and coffee machines was disappointing and the drinks generally horrid. |

The friendliness of the staff and a treat to have a power shower in the room. The only thing I thought the screen needed to be longer as I found the water going into the bathroom, otherwise very nice. |
