Ramada Encore  

Nice and relaxing clean and comfortable breakfast was very good and staff were pleasent and helpful

Everywhere was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and the room was very well presented. The wet room and power shower were excellent. Having an ironing board and iron in the room is a very good idea. The buffet breakfast was substantial and varied. The staff were courteous and friendly.

We stayed for 7 nights and the facilities for hanging and storing clothing for a week were extremely poor.

Even though the hotel was filled with stag parties we didn't hear much noise at night. The hotel is more suited to business travellers than leisure. Staff on reception helpful but bar staff inexperienced. Breakfast basic full engligh and continental but plentiful buffet and well prepared. Good location for getting around the area as bus stops and station nearby.

Too many stag parties - some hotels have policies that exclude this type of guest but not Ramada.

The menu and bar facilities are quite poor in selection of meal choices, snacks and beverages. Also price of some of the bottled beverages was very expensive in contrast to other public houses I frequent. Based on that I wouldn't recommend to a friend/colleague but the other areas I would recommend to others

I used to be a regular customer in Ealing and know I will always get good service and clean rooms. The standards are good.

I could have done with carpet in the room or heated floor.........its was a cold weekend and the last thing you need is cold feet if your coming out of the shower or what not......it makes it very cold....

On sunday they were testing the fire alarms but we werent told that before so bit of a panic. Had to call the reception to know what was going on. Further no negative points at all. loved the stay was amazing

The staff where very friendly and the rooms were so very clean. I would recommend them and use them again.

The rooms were neat, reasonably spacious and very clean. Staff were efficient and friendly. Car parking was free and the hotel allowed easy access to the town centre and main roads. The price was very reasonable, although I stayed there in the off-season when there were few holiday-makers about. The restaurant had a good, basic choice of meals and snacks and was inexpensive. Free WiFi and computer facilities were vey useful.

Friendly helpful staff

Friendly and polite staff. Stayed in Southport recently in Ramada, this was superior, but for our purposes, the Ramada Encore was fine. Good breakfasts in Ramadas
