Free wireless internet Staff at reception forgot to give me the wake up call I had requested. Food at restaurant was low quality, and staff at restaurant unfriendly and unpolite (they were clearing and setting tables with guests still dining). Room and furniture rather old, no mini bar in room (you would expect one in a 4 star rated hotel). This hotel is definitely unworthy of 4 star rating (or even 3) and too expensive for what it provdes. |

really helpful staff, fabulous room, good value for money, would recommend and stay here again if in the area, unfortunately no time to try the leisure facilities no orange phone signal anywhere in the hotel |

The location & the ease of booking. I requested a twin room with 2 double beds & this was dealt with promptly. The room had not been hoovered so the floor was still dirty. There was a Christmas party in the hotel on the night I stayed s opeople were running up & down the corriders - not good when your on the ground floor! |

The swiming pool was part of the hotel Cold room due to heating system that was turned off to save money. Poor radiator heating system. Cold breakfast - and plates not always clean |

It was convienient for where I needed to get to It was a nice place but needs a little updating as it is looking tired in places. The decor needs re-doing and the tiles in my bathroom were a little grotty and deffineltley need replacing or cleaning properley |

We have stayed at this hotel once before and we were very happy there. We chose it because we particularly like the location and facilities at the hotel. Unfortunately, on this occation we were so disappointed. We could not get the shower to work properly (it was either scalding hot or cold), there was no Channel 2 on our TV, although it stated in the information booklet in the room that there should have been. The room had a rather unpleasant smell about it and although it cost us £99 per night was not anywhere near as nice as the room we had on our previous stay. We also found that there were rather alot of workmen staying at the hotel and there was a great deal of slamming of doors very late at night and very early in the morning, combined with distant loud music also. Generally on this occasion we were very disappointed and would not consider staying there again anytime soon. |

Lovely scrunchy pillows and duvet, nice to have a freshly cooked breakfast rather than a buffet. Much cleaner than last year. Spa, as usual, wasn't working properly as the steam room was scalding hot and they'd forgotten to turn the sauna on. It was too late for me to ask as I had to leave early. |

I liked the reception staff who were really nice and helpful, the bed was really comfy, the shower was really powerful the tv was old and cumbersome, the rooms and bathroom were dated and tired. The room rate through central res was 99 for a single exec room - my room was very basic, when I checked with reception they said there were no such thing as an exec room. |

The hotel provided a good atmosphere as a business hotel with excellent room size and the room was very well maintained. The serrvice in the restaurant was indifferent. The hotel claims to be 4 star and serves little plastic packets of condiments, the staff did not offer a wine list at dinner and had to be chased for parts of the dishes that were missing. |

The staff on reception were polite and efficient. The size and comfort of the bed really was exceptional. We had the best night of sleep in a long time. The bath was poorly fitted/maintained. |

Parking. We have stayed at Ramada 6 times and this was the very last! Even though they say they have Internet access all over the hotel, is doesn´t work. We have given them chances, changed room every time, went out in the corridors for trying to get online. Extremely bad.Also bathroom in oldfashioned and poor conditions. |

I thought the service from the staff was very good. All members of staff were happy and efficient. The hotel was clean and tidy. My booking in process was very quick. I looked at the services available before booking, WIFI, Movies on Demand. The whole time i was there i only received WIFI twice. first time i had to call down to the reception desk more that once to confirm the password because it just wouldn't connect, and the second time i just couldn't get it all night. The TV service was very poor in picture quality and what channels were available, i could only get 1,3,4, sky news, and a music channel. there was no pay per view service. I would say that in this day and age freeview would be a standard, and wifi should work. there was a limited room service menu but again, I paid £95 for a room. the menu could cater for a wider variety of dishes. |
