Really friendly hotel with amazon facilities. The pool and sports complex are all very impressive. The staff is genuinely helpful. Hotel should provide new uniforms to staff.

Ideally located, just off the motorway. Room was big (Twin room: average 30 sq.M.). The staff were very helpful and were prompt to respond to all requests. Nice pool and even if only 10 meters long, it is long enough to swim and relax after a long day. Note that there are no steps down into the pool but a ladder (more difficult for very elderly people). We stayed three days and globally, despite the very few negatives, it was a very nice stay and would choose Ramada if we were to travel to Grantham again. Room was cold upon arrival; the heating was off which is a little strange when you’re expecting guests and when the thermometer barely went over 2° Celcius during that day. Room had been poorly vacuumed and a few tiles in bathroom were dirty. Dining room was a little cold for the evening dinner. Corridors were also cold. Asked for Mussels in restaurant and at least 15 of them actually had broken shells (which as any good chef should know should not be served !).

Was convenient for where I was working. Free Wi-Fi and room was satisfactory. Service in reception , bar and restuarant was poor both in speed and in quality. Breakfast was very poor - more like a small cafe food than a hotel restuarant.

i have stayed in many hotels around the country, and i have to say for cost and facilities, this comes close to being one of the best. Good service and very polite staff. Rooms are well presented and comfortable. I would definately reccomend whether on business or for leisure break

Room looked shabby and bathroom wasn't very clean. Noise from corridor was disturbing. Restaurant service was terrible waiting 40 minutes for food on first night (which was cold when it arrived) and on second night my sons order never materialised until we had finished eating, all manager would do is take off cost of his meal, he didn't eat until 10.00pm which was past he bedtime. Won't be staying here again or recommending to anyone. Room was cheap but would rather pay more and get a decent service in future.

The price. Easy parking.good bed and pillows. Clean room. Rude room service staff. It is not a true 4 star hotel and my room was not what I have experienced as "superior" in other hotel brands - no mini bar, no still water, things on the menu not available etc. Front of house staff popping outside for a fag leaving the desk unmanned, while you wait at the desk, talking to you with their mouthful whilst eating a snack etc. Slackness all round. Unattentive breakfast service, cold hot food and stewed coffee.

Location, price, comfort of hotel and breakfast. Large time gap between ordering dinner and receiving it. I thought the hotel was quite cool for the time of year and the corridors were positively chilly.

The Hotel staff are always friendly and helpful. The Hotel is always warm and clean. I travel alone most of the time and the staff always advise me if a trip with lots of people are in so that I can work my meal times around the crowd which I find useful. Nothing.
