The room has a good isolation, so it is very quiet. No far away from London city center, but out from the crowded places. The tablware (breakfast) should be cleaner. The breakfast staff could be a little bit more smily. |

The hotel is conveniently located near Heathrow and has full restaurant facilities. The hotel also has parking facilities. Because of its proximity of the airport, there may be tour groups staying at the hotel and the staff has a difficult time keeping up with the breakfast buffet. |

New hotel, nice lobby. Cleanliness, size and comfort of the rooms. Good value option near Heathrow airport. Parking fees and internet fees too high. |

The comfort of the beds were excellent and the hotel was clean and at a standard one would expect for a business hotel. Staff was professional and courteous. Breakfast (included in room rate) was plentiful, though of middling quality. The hotel charges an outrageous 11.95 GBP / 24 hours for internet service in the room. This is a service provided for free by most hotels in this modern age, and comes across as a "gouge" charge that can catch customers unaware and leave them fuming. 11.95 to log in and check in for my flight from my Heathrow airport hotel? Ridiculous. Also, asking for a taxi to the airport results in a quote for 15 GBP. It's not until the next morning that you realize this is provided by a company contracted by the hotel. Seems a great deal to pay to go less than 4 miles. |

The only reason to stay here should be the short distance to the airport. 1) We got wrong room at first - had booked twin room - got double room. Some arg before changing. The receptionist did not prioritate me, but some incoming phonecalls etc. 2) The staff was not friendly (reception, bar and restaurant). You had several large groups this evening and the staff was stressed. We who not was connected to a group was of "no value". 3) It should have been possible to open the windows in the room. 4) Breakfast: Why only english? 5) The dinner was good - but not nice to eat it in a conference-room. |

Very quiet for being so close to Heathrow airport. Nice breakfast choices and we thought the staff were very pleasant. Also, convenient shuttle bus service. |

Very welcoming room. Very comfortable and nice to come to after long time travelling. Everything we needed was there for us. Being highly critical, my personal taste is for rubber or firmer pillows. Down ones are too soft for me. |

Although it was very close to Heathrow, it was very quiet and I got a good night sleep. When checking in at about 11:00 pm, although the bus had dropped about 8 people off, there was only one person at the desk and it was very slow. As the bus schedule is known, there should be at least another person on the desk when the Hotel Hoppa bus arrives. |

Proximity to LHR, new hotel. Price is competitive, but it's not a bargain for what it suggest (fair value for money) Good for stopover only. Far from central London, unpleasant surroundings. 3 star hotel without extras. |

The room was clean and comfortable, No phone number to seek quick verbal information on services prior to the stay. Lack of ready written information concerning hotel/airport bus shuttle service. Meals are too expensive and personal service atmosphere and approach appears superficial. |

Good value and close to Heathrow. Air conditioned and rooms were new, clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast that was included in the price - good value if you are looking for a hotel near Heathrow. windows wouldn't open. Internet connection is expensive - for a hotel of this class, it should be included. |

Reasonable price, very comfortable and quiet room, close to the airport I did not use the internet but noted there was a fee. For business travel, free wifi is a real bonus and I would likely chose another hotel if i had stayed for longer and needed to work |

Basic Hotel near Heathrow Airport. Easy to access via the Hoppa Bus service from Heathrow Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Service in the restaurant was very slow due to inexperienced staff. |
