La vicinanza all'aeroporto e alle societa' di noleggio auto comodita' mezzi pubblici per raggiungere il centro La richesta di 20 sterline extra se volevamo gia' occupare la camera poiche' siamo giunti prima delle ore 14.00 |

Quick check in, after a long flight, very acceptable. The queue at breakfast was such that we departed without eating. Very poor. |

Excellent value, clean, very comfortable bed, good bathroom facilities (hot shower, good shower head, heated mirror to keep off steam). Front desk extremely slow. Only one person, coming in and going out. Going out the one person was so slow we wound up throwing the card keys at her and saying send the bill because we had waited about 15 minutes and the bus to the airport was coming and there wasn't another for 45 min. |

After a nine hour flight it was easy to find and extremely clean and comfortable. The restaurant was good, both for dinner and breakfast, not haute cuisine but straightforward and unpretentious. We stayed on Friday night at a reduced price and found it very good value for money. |

The hotel is new with fun decor. The room was nice and quiet, pretty comfortable, although rather small. Good breakfast. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The shuttle from the airport only runs every 45 minutes, so it takes quite some time to get to the airport. |

For the price I paid, I couldn't believe there wasn't a bar fridge in the room, making it impossible to keep anything chilled! Also, room was quite small for the price. |

The room was comfortable and clean. Lounge/bar area looked nice. Breakfast was pretty good. The Hotel Hoppa service is only every 45 mins, much less frequent than other hotels. |

its very good location close to airport and close to tesco(supermarket) so you can buy food or any thing you want no fridge in the hotel also no icebox to keep what you want but its okay you can easy find very close shoop |

The room was clean and the staff friendly. The bathroom was very modern and bright. The airport shuttle is very infrequent, at least from Terminal 5. |

every thing close like restorent and tescoshope i like this hotel realy very good yes ther is no fridge in the room i dont no whay i have kids and they need it for milk just this thing you can buy from close shop but if they have it it will be better |

The bed is comfortable and the sound proof windows are excellent and I enjoyed the fact that i regularly could see the big silently landing aircrafts from my bed. I chose the 4star hotel at the rate of 3star price located in town. I rather put up with distance to town than forfeit comfort. The "TV Internet" was a waste of my money. It is not sharp. I also booked for doulble bed room & i was given twin bed room (sorted out anyway). |

Its a new ,light and airy hotel .Its clean and well presented in a good convenient location for the airport They have a lot of coach parties which can make meal timmes particularly breakfast very busy and unpleasant |
