easy location. modern rooms. quiet. was not happy with check in as it took an age. I had booked non smoking rooms but they had non available. Why? as I had paid and booked one. We ended up with a disabled room which was ok but the bathroom was awful and that sort of spoils your experience. |

I found the staff very personable and very helpful. Always enquiring how they could be of assistance with a friendly smile. Regarding the cooked breakfast I think that the sausage, beans, mushrooms and hash browns could have been much hotter. They were only just warm There were no lids on the dishes which would have helped this. I was lucky enough to get "newly arrived" scrambled and fried eggs. Both were hot and excellent! Perhaps a re-think on how to keep food hot would rectify this issue. |

The bed was really comfortable, and the shower was lush. The room was extremly clean and well maintained, as was the whole hotel. Also the breakfast got a big thumbs up. Cant wait to go back. Perfect for those visiting Old Trafford as its just a two minute walk away. |

Service was friendly & efficent - despite the hotel undergoing renovations to the restaurant - very close to the Lowry Centre which was the reason this Hotel was chosen. |

I thought the rooms were lovely, the hotel staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay at a Ramada Hotel again. I was upset because they charged me too much for my room. I had confirmation regarding my booking, when i checked my bank statement they had charged me £20 to much. The breakfast wasn't very good either, service was poor. |

Prompt service and very helpful staff made light work of check-in and our room was immediately available even though we were early arrivals. The buffet (hot) breakfast was only luke warm. Pity because dinner the previous evening had been very good. |

room was a good size, clean and quiet, great view. staff were helpful and polite. parking system is a bit odd - i was allocated a space but told if i used my car there might not necessarily be a space on my return even though there was a £5.00 charge. my space was there on return but what would i have done if it had not - this is not an acceptable strategy. |

hotel modern & clean Staff dissinterested at the horrendous, car crime problem in the area. About a dozen cars broken into outside hotel. Parking available for only a small proportion of residents. Just wish they put as much effort into preventing car crime, as they do clamping the cars forced to park outside the hotel grounds. No warning words from staff, even though local residents, say that it occurs most weeks. Staff dn't care less. My car was one of 13 that got broken into, they even clamped one of them aswell. They even had the cheek to add an overnight car parking charge to my bill. Avoid if you have a car. |
