Everything from food to service and customer care was brilliant, great location,nice people and staff and close to trams and old Trafford, lovely hotel.

Room service breakfast was superb I checked out 30 mins late at around 11:30am and was charged an extra £10, the reception staff were very non customer focussed and that was before I incurred my £10 penalty.....I Will not be back

Very spacious rooms, great views from the front of the hotel and a good central location for everything in Manchester. Breakfast was also very good. The duvet in our room was not large enough to cover the bed, the room was exceptionally hot at night as the air con didn't appear to do anything and our carpet was dirty.

Excellent breakfast, close to trams and Old Trafford, free Wi-Fi. Poor cleaning and tidying of our room. The chambermaid is not worth her money.

It,s close proximity to the Old Trafford stadium made it an easy 20 minute walk to the ground. Parking at the hotel was particularly difficult - especially if you left the car park for a short time and tried to get back in. Suggest payment in advance in clearly marked allocated bays would help the individual travelling a long distance to guarantee a parking space.

Our stay at Ramada Manchester, Salford Quays was great, we were going to the Man Utd v Swansea city game and the hotel is a 10 minute walk from the stadium. The staff were very friendly, and the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Coffee and tea facility in the room, and toiletries in the bathroom. Would definately stay there again. Could have more comfortable pillows

The hotel was easy to find, the staff were attentive, the room was more than acceptable & dinner was good in the restaurant. We arrived early evening and the car park was already full, so had to park on the road adjacent to the hotel, which was labelled a wheel clamping area - relieved to see no clamp the next morning. The hotel put on an early continental breakfast for the Marathon, which was splendid! The car park is not large enough to accommodate all the guests vehicles.

Extremely comfortable and well-equipped room, all equipment of high standard. Friendy and efficient staff. Very good bar meal and dinner in the restaurant. When a 'special' was not available I was charged only the special price for a more expensive alternative. No room in the wardrobe to hang a full-length garment.

We were in Manchester for the weekend to catch a match at Old Trafford. Having spent our previous stays in city hotel, we thought it would be nice to stay at Salford Quays for a change. Ramada was the perfect place to do some sightseeing/shopping in the vicinity, and Old Trafford was conveniently within walking distance. Breakfast spead was good, and the hotel staff was friendly and efficient. Nothing, everything went well =)

The hotel was very easy to find, and very convenient for the quays. The metro stop was opposite the hotel and it was easy to make your way into Manchester. He room was very clean and the bed comfortable. We had an excellent view of the quays from our bedroom window. Would definately stay there again.

This hotel was really near to lowry theatre and lowry outlet just 15 minutes walking. Very happy with the parking at the hotel being just £6.50 for the night. The breakfast in the morning was really good with hot and cold foods to suit all. Staff in all areas were really polite and helpfull to make our stay enjoyable. I would stay at this hotel again.
