Quality and cleanliness of the room we stayed in and the service we received in the bar The Breakfast on the morning of the 29th Oct, taken at 9.15am was spoilt by the fact that the hot buffet wasn't replenished and the majority of items were cold or luke-warm at best !! |

I liked the cleanliness of the room, and the bed was very comfortable. Walls a little thin so heard kids screaming |

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant good but ambiance leaves a little to be desired. Location good (tram stop nearby, city centre c10 min) but little in the way of restaurants in the neighbourhood. |

Modern hotel - good location, fairly close to the centre of Manchester and situated right opposite the quays. We were allocated a disabled room which was okay but definitely would have perferred to have a 'normal' room . The hotel should inform you of the allocation beforehand not wait until you put the key in the door and find out then. Aso the carparking was very limited |

Close to city centre, only a short tram ride away. The tram stop is just over the road. Hotel is clean and tidy with good breakfast selection. The rooms,as other people have mentioned, are too dark!Lack of a main light in the room, too many side lights and wall down lighters. This is fine in long summer days, but in the winter months, the room is downbeat as a result of this. |

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were exteremly comfortable and the flat screen T.V was a bonus. There was no traffic noise considering it was on a busy main road and the location was excellent with the tram only accross the road. |

We were very happy with the hotel and would definitely stay there again and we also thought the food in the hotel restaurant was good value for money. |

The View that we had from our room was fantastic and really helped us enjoy our stay The car park, we paid £5 to park but when we left and went and did some shopping it did not give us our ticket, on return the car park was full and we were told we wouldnt be able to park there, even though we had only been gone an hour! luckily one of the hotel staff was very helpful and squeezed us in. |

I liked the location of the hotel, the surroundings and the price of the hotel. I did think that the prices for food and drinks were slightly above average. We actually left the hotel and went to a restaurant across from the hotel for food and drinks as it was cheaper. But we would have stayed in the hotel had it been cheaper as we had traveled for 6 hours and were very tired. |

Excellent location for travelling into the City Centre. You do not expect to have to ask for shampoo for your room. |

Breakfast , had to ask for ceral bowls, never arrived another guest found some.Had to ask for coffee as not offered. Cars broken into in car park - CCTV coverage inadequate in high crime area. |

The room was excellent and had a fantastic view - which made it worth the high price - compared to other hotels close by. It would benefit from a link to Old Trafford (city break deal). The room service was very good and the food of a high standard. The parking was totally unsatisfactory and we were left to find our way to alternative (unsecure) parking across the road. |
