Location and room views. The room smelt very badly of smoke and you charge 4 pound for the car park. Because of this it is unlikely that I would return. |

Close to Old Trafford. We only came to Manchester for the Old trafford tour. Ramada was the best modern, clean, maintained hotel we stayed in out of 12 hotels we stayed in in London/Manchester and Paris/France over the last month. Best value for money also The air con was not working properly - the only fault. |

The location was convenient and all of the basic requirements were comfortably and stylishly addressed. My greeting was delayed by two staff memebers conti nuing their conversation. Pre-authorisation was taken from my card with no explanation. Breakfats was not ready at 7am as advertised. |

the location was good as was the room, the rest was a disgrace for the price. The evening staff were the worst I have come across anywhere, rude, ignorant and unhelpful. |

Location and newness of hotel. Service at the resturant in the evening could be better as it took 65 mins to serve one course. |

Good bar - good TV - useful location for Old Trafford Room assigned had a broken window. Staff were helpful but really quite rude - and not at all apologetic - as if it was our fault! Alternative room very pleasant but climate control was rubbish - wouldn't cool down. Car park was full and again staff were abrupt and unsympathetic. Paying a premium price for this service was a joke! Additionally Booking. |

Rooms are very clean and modern, well eqipped with good choice of TV channels and free WiFi..Pizza in bar was good. Reception staff very nice and very helpful. Parking facilities not too good, although there were a few events going on in the city that weekend. I had to pay to park the car quite a distance from the hotel. |

The room was stylish and the bed was very comfortable. I didnt like the front desk staff as I felt they were quite rude and the bathroom had someone else's hairs short and curlies on the floor! |
