The carpets in the room were soaking wet and there were no other rooms we could move to. Nothing was done or offered as an apology
Rooms are new and big. staff is very friendly. Bar downstairs. On the tram line. Nice views of Salford - you can pretend it's a bigger city :)
location is good because it's on the tram, but Salford feels a bit seedy
My view in room 313 Friendly bar girl and reception
One of the breakfast staff was rude to us about our seat,,,
Steve the bar man was excellent
The cooked breakfast and service were no where near the quality of the docklands ramada in London
Aidan at the fron desk was very helpful. He made the trip for me. Always smiling to answer my questions competently.
Convenient for Salford Quays and Media City.
Restricted car parking. Otherwise ok.
Bed was great. So was breakfast.
Guy on reception so friendly when we checked in. We were early but he accommodated us. Paula in the restaurant provided us with extra tea bags and milk. Very friendly and helpful.
Thought corridors could have done with a new carpet.
Comfort of the bed Excellent bath and shower Good value
WiFi dropped in the morning although ok in evening
clean comfortable staff so helpful transport links just across the road brilliant place!
I loved my room, which was well furnished and had a great view over Salford quays. Excellent staff at check-in.
The breakfast was really nice, but had a confusing layout and it took a long while to be served with coffee
Great bed however - see negative.
The double was 2 singles stuck together. The Wi-fi was terrible
friendliness of staff.....location....car parking....Wi-fi...quality of food.
Welcome at reception was polite and helpful.
The noise caused by the lift next room 804. Trouble getting to sleep.breakfast wasn't hot. Fri nd had to wait in the for over 25 minutes in the bar for coffee liquor. The girl had forgotten to do it. It was cold when it came.
hard work of dinning room staff
road facing rooms a bit noisey early morning when the night clubs were closing
The food was nice but it was really expensive. Especially the 5 chips I got for £2.45.
Got woke up by the cleaner at 9am. Kept knocking on the door till I opened up. It was uncalled for.
Pleasantly surprised with this hotel staff all excellent
To be expected but the raucous noise in the bar area ( had been a rugby final match). Car park completely full on arrival at 3pm when website didn't say it was limited
Really friendly staff across the whole operation.
Friendly staff Excellent facilities Fantastic breakfast On Site Parking Free Wifi
Clean, tidy and location is very good. Shower was great, very good pressure and very clean facilities.
Location Hotel Comfort
Waiting to be served in the hotel bar, although to be fair it was very busy
Few steps from the Metro and bus station. Near media city and some good restaurants. The reception staff is good and friendly.
The restaurant staff not friendly, slow and don't respond to request. They don't pay attention to hotel guests. Breakfast didn't have variety of food, and there was no tags on the food plate to know what are you eating. WiFi in the room is poor and not stable. You can relay on it.
Great value for moneys. booked hotel to be close the the lowery centre where we went to watch a Jason mraz gig. really good location. comfortable beds
Wet carpet patch room, although room changed for us with out any hassle. Food wasn't good. hotpot was the texture of baby food..
Reception staff were excellent mornings and evenings. Evening restaurant staff were very good also.
Breakfast staff were hopeless. Breakfast is the first part of the day and can set the tone for the rest of the day. A lot of the guests appeared to be there on business, for me it's important to get off to a good start. Both mornings I had to wait for fried eggs and tea. I had to ask for tea on day 2 several times as did other guests. It felt to me that guests wanting breakfast was an inconvenience to the staff. One observation I would make, "a trouser press would have been a great touch"
Well placed. Clean and quiet hotel. good breakfast. Very near to Manchester United stadium.
I was served burnt omelette twice!
