The staff were very friendly and polite. The location was perfect it was only a 10 minute walk from the Old Trafford Stadium. The hotel was very modern, clean and comfortable. The facilites at the hotel were excellent e.g internet, tea/coffee in room, tv etc. There is a lovely Italian Restaurant across the road from the hotel. I honestly couldnt fault the hotel. My 13 year old son said it was the best trip ever!!

Clean room friendly staff

I was very unhappy that my Nieces car was clamped outside the Hotel, she had to pay £95 for the clamp to be removed. Parking at the hotel is hopeless. We were advised by the Hotel staff that it would be ok to park on the street outside.

It had a very limited food menu after 10pm which is quite disappointing for a four star hotel.

Greeted well when entering reception. Check in smooth and good parking.

Bed Sheets had stains on and the carpets were stained as well.

Convenience for Old Trafford as attending a conference. Also price was good

Wifi not working throughout my stay

breakfast and restrant are a bit over priced but the rooms are great and the staff are nice and helpful

Immediate impression on entering the room (512) was...wow. Looks and feels very 'upmarket' compared to many other hotels that would normally be on my short list. However the other single factor that influenced my decision to stay at Ramada (each and every time) is the free internet connectivity, which means I can arrive and start work with no fussy connection issues or costs.

Surprised at the limited supper menu. Sort of like buying a Ford a few years ago... Any colour you like as long as it is black! Plenty of choice as long as you like meat or pasta. I chose the latter and heck was it small (and therefore expensive). Tasted just ok. The dessert (a slice of cake) on the other hand failed at all levels, tasteless, overpriced & presentation poor - you need to speak to your supplier about this product (or my wife who could probably teach them a thing or two about baking).

The room was modern

Staff were unhelpful. The walls were thin so you could hear everything in the other rooms. My towels were dirty.

The location of the hotel was great for visiting both the Trafford Centre and City Centre as we were visiting the hotel for a weekend shopping trip. Impressed by the flat screen TV and the very comfortable bed. Very nice hotel.
