The staff were really friendly and helpful and hotel clean. We had a problem with the television in our room and it was fixed as soon as we reported it, were impressed with this service

That got told by two people that did not have breakfast booked so went to my room on 8th floor to prove it. It was not on there computer

Hotel in excellent location. The room was of a good size, just spent a few days in Manchester on a work trip and stayed in this hotel. Rooms had large LCD tv, phone, wifi, and was comfortable, clean and had everything else you need. I was happy that I chose to stay at this hotel.

Very less Vegan breakfast options. I think they should replace fried potatoes with Hash browns or Veg Sausages in the breakfast.

Clean, large rooms with nice views and comfortable beds. Really friendly staff and. Good selection in the hotel bar, with Sky Sports, and excellent food at the restaurant. Easily walk-able to Old Trafford to see Man Utd. Restaurants and stores within a few hundred feet. Will definitely stay there again.

The friendly and most helpful staff especially Rob at reception who could not have been better and the restaurant staff were excellent

The breakfast food was not up to the standard of everything else. Evening food excellent quality if a bit expensive

that the 24hour bar was closed when we came back in at about 1am, and the security made feable excusses that the bar was been cleaned. In translation they didnt want to reopen the 24hour bar, which made the night end sooner than wanted it to. :( Also the WIFI wasnt free

Would benefit from a fitness centre, even if it was limited, as a lot of people have a better start to the day after a workout. Unusual not to have anything.

The location was excellent for us as we went to Old Trafford for the football. The welcome was ok , although I was asked for more money when it had been paid in advance. The room was ok as a standard room, it should have been a luxury room (when you are paying £184 for a room you expect a bit of luxury and just a bed with a settee in, to me it was a standard room!) The breakfast was good. We were given car parking free.

The way my original booking was dealt with by the hotel and the initial unwillingness to change the booking because the match day got changed. The room not value for money as was not luxury room. The room being on the 8th floor with only 1 lift working. The fact that I was asked for more money on arrival when it had been paid in advance. The room was far too hot.

Hotel staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, comfy and clean with tv, tea/coffee making facitilities, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Liked it so much, I've already booked again to come for 2 night, and got an even better deal into the bargain!

Only a minor point but I would have liked more teabags and milk in the room, but that said, I just rang room service and they brought new supplies straight away.

having to park elsewhere several nights because the car park was full. Also the room was not as clean as could be, stains on the carpet and cigarette smell even though it was non smoking.

I was running in the marathon and they put on early breakfast or take out breakfast, offered us a late checkout, staff all, friendly and happy to help, very well run and organized .

Hotel was located close to the metrolink stop (Salford Quays) and to Old Trafford.

This hotel seems very over priced for its location, facilities and standard. This isn't to say that the hotel is bad, merely that for this price I would expect a much better hotel than this one actually is and so do not think it offers value for money.

Convenient location for marathon start and finish (which was the reason for our trip), very helpful and friendly staff, good facilities and services provided specifically for runners, plenty of room.

Carpet was very stained in our room (504) and the bed was only a double and was far too soft.

The Ramada is perfect for a City break and a nice stroll to the Theatre Of Dreams. The food is excellant, the staff cannot do enough for you, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I have had many stays at the hotel, and would not think of staying anywhere else.

Leaving the hotel, always want to stay longer.

The room was very clean and set out nicely when we arrived. The staff were very friendly and helpful at the front desk when we checked in.

The cord on the kettle was very short! no plugs by the bedside tables.
