Friendly, fair parking, pity non-disabled were allowed to use disabled spaces. Liked the restaurant. Dirty sheet - not changed when pointed out. |

We didn,t like that no breakfast was included in the price, and had to be paid for sepratly,and also the fact of a 30pound deposite had to be paid once we arrived, which wasn,t mentioned when booked |

convenience of access to the city, metro two minutes away.fresh style of the hotel. Everything you need in your room icluding the ironing board and iron! Oh and the complimentary bottle of wine,very nice too! Easy to get back on to the motorway on the way home. |

the time for check out was early @ 11:00 am.I think if you change and modify that time to 2:00 pm or 3:00 pm, it would be mutch better. |

The area surrounding the hotel is very run down. I would not go to the tesco express next door alone for fear of being mugged. The reception staff are not at all friendly but the rest of the bar and service staff were ok. The hotel is extremely over priced . for the same money in leeds you would get a better experience all together. |

the comfortable room/bed and clean bathroom the hairdryer blew out cold air and had to be replaced. There was no tea in the room when we arrived and had to ask for some to be brought up. |

very near the concert venue and easy access into city centre. the breakfast was not very good - the hotel was busy and it seemed that they didnt have enough staff to cope with the extra people. |

Quick and easy check in/out and the room/bathroom - very clean and modern Paying £5 for the carpark and a sandwich i had did not contain all the fillings as advertised! |

we were on the 5th floor so we had a lovely view of the centre of manchester. the hotel room was clean if not the odd stain on the carpet here and there. all in all the ramada was a lovely place to stay to add more enjoyment to watching take that, i would certainly return there if the breakfast was included. i thought the price was a bit expensive for £130 pounds id expect breakfast to be included not charging an extra £10 for it. |

A good location, close to Old Trafford. Nice clean room. Staff were rude especially in the bar, the guy bedind the bar served the men before the women! Ran out of bacon at breakfast. Big Queue to even get in to breakfast. |
