as usual everything was excellent the room was as usual clean and towels ,sheets ,duvet crisp and fluffy.very good no we were room only so food and bar were not used |

The position near the town and rail station the decor and ambiance also within walking distance of beach and parks. It is also next door to the theatre.The rail link to Liverpool made a pleasant day out |

Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Room was everything advertised and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was very good and food was constantly replenished. Though would have been nice if the breakfast was included in the price quoted and not an extra £10 each. |

The bedroom was spacious and well equipped. Bathroom was very well set up for disabled person.Food was good. Most of staff efficient and friendly.Dealt with problem left by visitor to our door quicklyas soon as reported. Noisy in early hours of Sunday morning as guest returned from ball. Fire alarm 6.30 on Monday morning. |

The friendly and helpful staff, location. I was embarrassed when my card was declined due to the staff member not completing the auth process from the previous day when I was checking out. I have sent a letter of complaint. |

staff really pleasant the room was comfortable and very spacious we didn't eat in the evening but the breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of choice we booked bed and breakfast but they seamed confused when we went down for breakfast |

Recently opened hotel wth new facilities and decor to match. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Location excellent, short walking distance to Town centre. Staff could have been more attentive, they clearly did not read my booking request. Lift waiting times poor. |

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed for a short stay. This was our third stay and once again all the meals were excellent. |

Great Hotel, in good location, very friendly staff and good food in the restaurant.Useful having fridge and ironing board in the room only one lift goes down to car park, this broke down as I left the hotel so had to carry my suitcase down two flights of stairs. |
