The Breakfast was excellent as was the Location. The cost of accommodation was a little pricy, but I think that was down to the Jazz event and weddings.

This was our second stay at the Ramada Plaza and was a mixture of work and leisure as my husband was playing at the Southport Jazz Festival. Again we were given a great room on the 5th floor looking out over the new bridge and the sea beyond. Everything about our stay this time was excellent - the room was clean and well equipped, as was the bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very quiet. We had breakfast on this stay and again this was excellent - we were quite late down, but all the food was fresh and well cooked (often this is not the case in hotels which provide a buffet breakfast over a period of time). The staff we met were all friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next visit! Nothing

Good breakfast , great beds / pillows , allowing a great sleep ! One of the best beds we have stayed at ! Position of hotel especially for the Floral theatre is brilliant . The elevators can be hard to get and the entrance to reception from the underground car park is a lengthy process and can take ages ,

The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were very comfy, plenty of pillows. We didnt eat at the hotel but did sit in the bar area food did look and smell delicious. Excellent location, went to casion next door which was nice. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights at 130am on the first night the fire alarm went of in our room. In the morning we woke to a note through our door apologising saying there was a fault. Fair another!! Second night at 5.45am the fire alarm went off again in our room and others!! By this time I was very upset this weekend was the first time me and my husband had been away without the kids for 8years! On checking out there was no apologise on asking what the reason was I was told the manager would ring me and discuss it with me as of now 1 week later I still havnt heard owt!!

My second stay at this hotel and as I stay away at least twice a week every week I can honestly say this hotel has some of the best rooms available. Spacious, comfy, quiet and clean. Nice porridge in the morning. The rubber breakfast!!! At £12.95!!! Come on guys at the price you can do better and fresher! You did though make great porridge and the Receptionist dealt well with my complaint.

Access and parking. Enjoyed the food. Very little to complain about. I have said before that mushrooms at breakfast should be readily available. I know you said that they are available on request but it can be time consuming waiting for them.

No banging doors as all fitted with dampeners; wish all hotels did the same. Very good nights sleep. Self ervice breakfast very good although don't go down too late (after 0930 as the eggs and beans are likely to be past their best! No Wi Fi as they were experiencing problems with it, most disapointing. Not worth upgrading to superior room as you get very little extra for your money (over £40) and our view was not as good as that for the standard room we had last time.
