Ruhige Lage, üppiges Frühstück, genügend große Außwahl an Restaurants, gutes Fitnessangebot, freundliches Personal. Mit öffentliches Verkehrsmitteln schlecht zu erreichen. Für Fußtouren ab dem Hotel keine Ausschilderung vorhanden. Die Hauptstraße vor dem Hotel ist für Fußgänger schlecht zur überqueren. Es waren keine Fahrräder zum leihen vorhanden. |

Die Zimmer und das Bad waren für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht sehr sauber. Die Dusche war schimmlig. Im Erdgeschoss direkt am Eingang wird man ständig durch die ankommenden und abreisenden Gäste gestört. Auch durch die Raucher, die dann direkt vorm Fenster stehen. Der Ausblick war direkt auf den Parkplatz und nicht wie durch die Beschreibung angenommen auf den Country Park. |

The courtesy bus - das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb von Belfast - man hätte zur Bushaltestelle 15 Minuten laufen müssen(machbar bei schönem Wetter)oder ein Taxi in die Stadt nehmen müssen. |

Very nice hotel, lovely rooms and the staff were very good. Would definitely recommend it Even though we told the receptionist that we didn't want to pay until the end, he still charged our card unbeknownst to us. We then paid for the room on a different card and didn't find out about the error until we saw our bank statement. |

all excellent went for a swim at 1730 hrs and told that the Spa Club was clossed, after a long day traveling I was disapointed. |

Staff were so friendly & allowed us to book in, even @ 11am. Free car parking was available. Great taxi service to city centre available. Food was top class, as was the service. |

The staff, ambiance, cleanliness, choice of three restaurants and the use of the shuttle bus for transfers. We also enjoyed the use of the leisure and fitness facilities. The hotel is a short distance out of the centre and we had to make use of taxis when the shuttle bus was unavailable (not a big problem -£7 a journey) Public transport is OK but it requires a walk of approx 3/4 mile. The hotel bar lacks atmosphere. The swimming pool was ok but it would have been better if it had been another 12 inches deeper. |

Staff were always smiling which reflected a warm & friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent, it was good to see a variety of healthy options available. Service in Suburbia was a bit slow...I think we were forgotten. However, there was a function going on in the Malone suite & guests were using the bar facilities where we were. Again, friendliness of staff outweighed this. |

I stayed in this hotel just after it opened 8 yeras ago. it was as clean now as it was then.The only problem I had, and I don't want to appear racist, was that some of the restuarant staff did not speak great english and were hard to understand at times. That said the evening meal was really good. |

The room, cleaning and staff were excellent. Nice hotel. Definatelty planning to revisit. The pool was not as I expected, the corridors were very noisy because of the other customers and continental breakfast would be better instead of English. |

good food very friendly staff, excellent location i booked a double room and got a confirmation email confirming i had booked it and i would expect a king size bed however i got a twin room myself and my boyfriend werent impressed but we were only staying the night so it did the job as we had an ecxam the next day didnt want the hassell of changing room we still paid for it. nobody asked how we were getting on during our stay so we didnt have an opportunity to comment on it to anyone even on leaving the next day. staff were too busy at the reception desk we just handed in our keys |

The buffet breakfast, which was included, was very nice. The facilities looked nice as well but because of the incredible check out time, we were unable to use them. The staff did extend the check out time for us, which was nice. The staff were very pleasant. We arrived and there was no parking as there were at least two events occurring. A man offered to help with the bags, but he was wearing no hotel id so I passed. The room smelled of old smoke and one of the towels was dirty. But what was much worse was that there was yelling and screaming, singing and carousing until after 3:30 P.M. I finally had to call the manager. |

Comfort, facilities, breakfast and staff; the massage in the health centre was excellent One day we had to ask for new towels when they should have been put in the room; the minibus was out of action for most of the week (we had to walk to the local bus stop 10 mins up the road) and we had to wait for an hour for the meal in the indian restaurant one evening |

We were very happy with our room. We liked the snack and drink machine, with ice machine, on our floor. Hotel had nice relaxed atmosphere, with plenty of life about it (i.e.weddings). Enjoyed breakfast, great service and excellent selection. It was delicious in fact! Was very disappointed to be informed during check-in, that the hotel pool was closed. It had closed at six. Unfortunately, due to working that day, we arrived as soon as we could. We were under the impression, this wuld have be available to us. It was my birthday and we wanted a nice relaxing night. However, we made the most of it, and enjoyed a drink in the hotel bar. |

It is situated by a lovely park with nice walks. The food was good with a good choice of where to eat, the hotel had two resturants and a bar menu. Close to Belfast City centre. |
