I stayed in this hotel just after it opened 8 yeras ago. it was as clean now as it was then. The only problem I had, and I don't want to appear racist, was that some of the restuarant staff did not speak great english and were hard to understand at times. That said the evening meal was really good. |

The room, cleaning and staff were excellent. Nice hotel. Definatelty planning to revisit. The pool was not as I expected, the corridors were very noisy because of the other customers and continental breakfast would be better instead of English. |

good food very friendly staff, excellent location i booked a double room and got a confirmation email confirming i had booked it and i would expect a king size bed however i got a twin room myself and my boyfriend werent impressed but we were only staying the night so it did the job as we had an ecxam the next day didnt want the hassell of changing room we still paid for it. nobody asked how we were getting on during our stay so we didnt have an opportunity to comment on it to anyone even on leaving the next day. staff were too busy at the reception desk we just handed in our keys |

The buffet breakfast, which was included, was very nice. The facilities looked nice as well but because of the incredible check out time, we were unable to use them. The staff did extend the check out time for us, which was nice. The staff were very pleasant. We arrived and there was no parking as there were at least two events occurring. A man offered to help with the bags, but he was wearing no hotel id so I passed. The room smelled of old smoke and one of the towels was dirty. But what was much worse was that there was yelling and screaming, singing and carousing until after 3:30 P.M. I finally had to call the manager. |

Comfort, facilities, breakfast and staff; the massage in the health centre was excellent One day we had to ask for new towels when they should have been put in the room; the minibus was out of action for most of the week (we had to walk to the local bus stop 10 mins up the road) and we had to wait for an hour for the meal in the indian restaurant one evening |

We were very happy with our room. We liked the snack and drink machine, with ice machine, on our floor. Hotel had nice relaxed atmosphere, with plenty of life about it (i.e.weddings). Enjoyed breakfast, great service and excellent selection. It was delicious in fact! Was very disappointed to be informed during check-in, that the hotel pool was closed. It had closed at six. Unfortunately, due to working that day, we arrived as soon as we could. We were under the impression, this wuld have be available to us. It was my birthday and we wanted a nice relaxing night. However, we made the most of it, and enjoyed a drink in the hotel bar. |

It is situated by a lovely park with nice walks. The food was good with a good choice of where to eat, the hotel had two resturants and a bar menu. Close to Belfast City centre. |

Breakfast was excellent. Was charged a £109 fee for 'expected expense' during our stay. I did not go above the minimum expected and as such paid £59 as expected on checkout. I was informed the mirror £109 transaction would not be charged to me. Since returning home and checking my bank I see I've been charged the £109 along with the £59. Hotel has told me they see this frequently but bank will pay it back in time! |

The room was clean and comfortable with a large bed. The breakfast in the morning was SUPERB. Swimming pool was nice and clean Stayed as part of a wedding. After my booking bride arranged for me to have 10% discount as part of wedding party, this was rudely refused when it came to paying. Also swimming pool to shallow and charged £2 for pointless swimming caps. |

The cleanliness of the hotel. Good parking facilities. Generally all staff were very helpful. Excellent breakfast The Belfast Bar and Grill. Although the manager was very helpful the chef seemed unable to cater for individuals' needs. When asked for a sirloin steak without the potatoes on the menu but with champ instead, we were informed by the waitress that the chef would not do that. Also the room information states that the restaurant on Sunday night when in fact it is not. |

The comfort and cleanliness of the room with hot water and good TV. Easy parking. Helpfullness of the Staff. Convienient to Golf course and town. Breakfast being unavailable in the am. Being promised continetal bag which was not ready for collection. Second day being told b'fast at 6.30 and no cooked b'fast ready. Staff seemed happy to help but restricted by permission from the Manager.Golfers need food before a round. |

The room was very comfortable, spacious and very clean. The staff very friendly and helpful apart from reception who were rather "clinical". The free shuttle bus was a real bonus and proved to be very useful. The food was excellent. Overall, the hotel was excellent value for money As we were staying for 4 nights we opted for a half board package. Unfortunately the set meal evening menu was the same each night, and whilst the food was very good, we didn't want to eat the same thing four times, so a different set meal menu each evening would have been better. |
