yes, i had booked two double rooms one for my sisters wedding night and they were both rooms for single beds. Also the hotel only had one reservation of my booking and when i show the girl my booking reference she was very rude to me and I was very embarrassed. When I complained about the rooms I was told to wait till monday( the day we all check out) till the manager was in, the supervisor was unwilling to help and seemed happy enough to blame it on the booking agent. ie yourselves |

We arrived late for a local wedding and were unable to check in until late that night. Despite the hotel advertising 24h reception we were met by an exceptionally rude member of staff. Having booked a double room I was bluntly told that they had a twin, it wasn't their problem, did I want the room or not. I have never been treated so rudely by a company I'm paying for a service. Very disappointing. |

The reception area was very good for informal meetings with clients. The room was spacious. Unfortunately due to an exhibition being hed at the hotel there was no seating in the bar area in the evening. I would have expected baiscs such as a flannel to be provided and a hairdryer which you can use without having to keep a digit on the button. I feel a man decided to put these in place! I got an extremely good rate from booking.com but would have been unhappy if I had paid full rate. |

the food in the sports bar was excellent, and the staff very helpful when the lights in our room decided to stop working !! we chose this hotel so we could swim, but on the website it did not mention that you need to have swim caps or they cost 4.00e each !! also there are 3 restaurants on site but beware...on a sunday night only 1 is open.....and thankfully the food there was very good. |

The hotel was very conveniently located for the wedding reception that we attended on the Saturday evening. The rooms were very comfortable, the bar was excellent and the staff very helpful. On the Friday evening there was an awards ceremony at the hotel, unfortunately my room (016) was located on the ground floor and so taxis were picking up passengers until 4am, and there was a fight outside at 3.20 which the hotel staff didn't break up. Fortunately the Saturday and Sunday evenings were much quieter. |

It was tucked out of the hussle and bussle of the city, but close enough for taxis etc The noise in the hotel was horrible..paper thin walls mean you can hear every single time a toilet is flushed or door is closed |

Very good selection of breakfast food. Two comfortable chairs in spacious room. Plenty of car parking space. The duvets were very thick and no upper sheet provided so we had to sleep either uncomfortably hot under the duvet or completely uncovered. |

The hotel was always clean and well maintaned, staff were helpful and polite and the leisure/gym were most welcome, breakfast food was excellent. I found my room doorlock an absolute nightmare when inserting my coded entry key, this never worked 1st, 2nd or 3rd time, more likley to take at least 15 attempts to open the door, what a fiddle it was. |
