We booked the Ramada as a 'treat' after a stressful week. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the use of LA Fitness was an added bonus. Unfortunately, we did not eat in the hotel, but the bar snack menu looked very appealing and we would definitely try this on a future trip! LA Fitness (whilst it was a bonus) wasn't terribly up to date looked grubby!

Very good location and very friendly staff, very good car parking and no noise. The only one thing that annoyed me and it would not effect me staying again is the wi fi would not work for despite getting onto reception a number of times, i just gave up.

Really enjoyed our stay overall. The choice of bar food was limited in the evenings, with the same menu every day, very little choice for children.

The Ramada Plaza provided everything our group needed. There was 23 of us including children and everyone thought the hotel was excellent. It is certainly value for money and all of the staff in the hotel were more than helpful and very pleasant. We will certainly return when in Belfast and recommend the hotel to others. The Ramada Plaza isn't in the centre of the city but a taxi company was recommended by the hotel and we had excellent service from them at a very good price.

Had 3 drinks all night, had to find staff to serve them from other parts of the hotel, waited 20 mins, 15 mins then finally 25 mins. No staff to serve food ordered at the bar which meant it was left to go cold on the serving hatch to the bar area. When staff arrived they were not all trained to dispense certain drinks, one could not pour Guinnes in an Irish Hotel !
