Modern Hotel with good facilities

Location and ease of access to city centre

Booked a triple superior room for myself and my 2 teenage sons but was given a double room with 2 beds on arrival. We were later transferred to the correct room once it was cleaned and available ( we checked in after 4 pm)

Nice layout and bedroom space - good to work in as well

Staff were very unfriendly and seemed not to notice - especially in the bar area - I was left standing trying to order a drink - I ordered a meal and it was cold and part was missing. My room , though spacious was smelling of cigareete smaoke - that was disappointing.

Friendly and helpful staff, good-sized and quiet room, comfortable bedding, good bar food. Didn't have time to try out the pool but it looked lovely - a real bonus to have it there.

I liked the air condition and heating selection tthe comfort of the rooms

Overall impression was poor: - the wifi that was promised in lobby was not working - hotel seems to attract low budget crowd, including drunk and agressive guests and hotel staff did not act properly when police was needed to stop an aggressive guest. - no food available in the bar during the evening (and you would expect to be able to order food in an hotel in an area without any restaurants...) not recommended to go here, unless you would love to see crowds of drunk irish girls.

Hotel exchange rate - bill in stg £265.50. Bill paid in Euro €322.77. Exchange rate 1.215709 when banks were at C. €1.16 to the £stg!!!! I know I was given the option but only after the bill was paid - customers should be informed of exchange rate before paying.

Lovley Hotel - a taxi ride away from the City Centre...Breakfast was ok.. Good selection. Finger food in the bar was really nice.. On the Sunday there was not bar food and a limited menu in the resturant.. Room Service was fairly price, so was the hair salon.

The location - gbp 10.00 in a taxi into the City - we found out there was a shuttle but when we were leaving. More information on that when we arrived would have been better

Very comfortable hotel - lovely spacious room. Great location - close to belfast city centre if driving. Quick taxi ride if not.

Wireless was not free. Check out is too early, 11 am - although they were accommodating about extending it until 12pm. Weird smell in hall on 1st floor.

Very clean

Too expensive. Would have been more reasonable if breakfast and/or wifi was included in the price.
