Spacious, family room, leisure centre, convenient location Space under door of room 153, every time other doors on corridor closed, our door banged throughout the night. Room was not ready to cater for family needs and tea/coffee facilities had not been replenished

The hotel was clean and breakfast selection was good. We were firstly given a room with one large bed even though our booking stated a 'superior family room' when we asked to change we were told there was one room available with 2 beds but the beds were smaller then double size, so I did not feel we were gven the room we had booked. Also the remote control had no batteries but reception were helpful in sorting that out.

Had guests in for drinks at the bar which was empty. We all noticed a stale smell of blocked drains comming from the sink. It was quite off putting and made us leave early.

I booked 2 rooms and was delighted that we had adjoining rooms. Also the beds were very comfortable. Taxis to city centre are expensive.

The rooms were spacious and the central heating worked well The porridge and breakfast was very good, but I had thought I had booked a breakfast included package, but I guess that was my mistake. I had to ask for a shower cap. the coca cola from the bar was ridiculously expensive Queen sized beds were smaller than I'd expected/ No central light in bedroom

Swimming pool required the use of a swim cap which cost £7.00 This I felt was unexpectidly high as a result I did not use these facilities.

Really close to Belfast but had free parking which was a bonus. The bathroom was a bit dated and tired, could do with a bathroom refurb, for a 4 star hotel the bathroom certainly wasn'T.

A quiet place. Spacious room. Coffee-tea. The transport. Difficult to access with a bus, only by taxi that I waited for 30 min before getting one for my return. Not enough light in the room. Some problems with the channels of the TV (only 4 channels were available to watch). No slippers

The Maitre d of the Green room was excellent. the only reason I booked this hotel was to use the gym but it wasn't open on the first night I was there. this was very disappointing! I beleive there are better hotels in Belfast. The room booked was a superior king room but it did not have a king size bed but two twin beds.

Location and ease of access to city centre Booked a triple superior room for myself and my 2 teenage sons but was given a double room with 2 beds on arrival. We were later transferred to the correct room once it was cleaned and available ( we checked in after 4 pm)

Nice layout and bedroom space - good to work in as well Staff were very unfriendly and seemed not to notice - especially in the bar area - I was left standing trying to order a drink - I ordered a meal and it was cold and part was missing. My room , though spacious was smelling of cigareete smaoke - that was disappointing.

Friendly and helpful staff, good-sized and quiet room, comfortable bedding, good bar food. Didn't have time to try out the pool but it looked lovely - a real bonus to have it there.
