Shower curtain had mould, walls were dirty, dusty skirting boards, lack of toiletries provided ie no tooth paste, crappy toilet paper (the pub in town had better), requested a double room but got a 2 twin beds instead. Definitely not value for money

Staff were so friendly and helpfull, food was good,our room was very spacious and clean. The location was perfect for us and the ample free parking was a major plus for us. I would recommend this hotel.

A very small thing realy, but the hairdrier in the room was realy poor but that certainly wouldnt put me off returning.

Not that much. The general standards have dropped since our last visit 2 years ago. If you continue to provide the current level of service at the overpriced rate you now charge then I feel you are in danger of being out of business in the not too distant future.

We were not happy with the drain in our bathroom flooding the floor when the room next door had a bath. We were not happy when we were told last orders in the restaurant was 21:45 and were then rushed through our meal which we booked for 21:30 because the chief wanted to go home early.

We used the Green Room restaurant for my mothers 80th - staff were fantastic especially Erol and the food - just perfect.

The staff were lovely very nice and helpfull. Gym lovely and bar nice and comfortable. Will definitely return to the hotel in future

The bedrooms were clean....

I did not feel that the staff were very friendly and when we were checking in we were not told to enjoy our stay, in fact we were barley spoke to whilst the staff member checked us in....Not a very nice start and also we ate in the hotel once and the food was cold... We stay in hotels regularly but sadly we would not go back here..

The beds were so comfortable giving me the best nights sleep I had for a long time. Breakfast buffet was gorgeous and all staff very friendly and helpful. Great place for a city break

A little bit further from city centre than I thought and as I had no car , had to spend on taxis ..roughly costly 9-10 pounds. Had a bit of trouble with telephone in room

Staff were excellent

Problems initially with the wrong room. Followed by errors with the starter and main course in bar / restaurant. We also ordered breakfast to be delivered to the room. When it arrived it was cold.

Bar food was very poor, had 2 meals there I was very disappointed with the food, soggy chips, very little choice and soggy batter on fish

very friendly staff especially in restaurant remembering us from a previous stay. children loved the swimming pool
