The staff and managemnet were very helpful. was lacking entertainment for people staying at hotel. we came back to hotel after black cab tour wanted to relax in hotel bar some music as in guitar and all but nothing. isnt it in the interest of the hotel to keep their guests in the hotel to wine and dine, the only thing i found lacking, otherwise good value for money. |

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The food overall was nice staff in the breakfast restaurant were very professional and friendly. The gym was excellent and had very nice and modern equipment. Some of the female staff in the Suburbia bar/restaurant were rather abrupt although the food and drink was quite nice for bar food. |

Nice hotel with good sized rooms that are well laid out. The hotel also has three restaurants We were alocated a room that had a ajoining door with the room next to ours the people using that room were at a wedding in the hotel and were very noisey and we had to contact reception at 2am as they were haveing a party in the room, Also our room was beside the hotel nightclub which added to the problem, this spoiled our stay. I would consider staying again but in a quiter part of the hotel. |

Staff, Food, Location, Comfy bed Room temperature was too hot in the morning. Shower was over powerful and actually hurt. We were put in rooms on the ground floor and as a single lady in a room feel we should have been put on the first floor. |

The rooms were beautiful and the I was very disappointed with the Leisure area of this hotel. I found it very gruppy and cold, there is nothing inviting about it. I felt like the pool. I did not like that the breakfast room and the evening meals were served in the room as for our evening meal there was no ambience. |

I liked that there was a pool, exercise facilities, and a spa. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. My room was next to a closet and laundry work area. Every morning the staff woke me up when they were chatting outside my door. Also, internet accessibility should be free and available in the entire hotel, rooms included. |

good quiet location, spacious bar with very nice food & pleasant bar staff, excellent breakfast Reception staff seemed quite disinterested and not at all welcoming, our non-smoking room had a distinctly smoky smell, 'double' beds were very small. |

yes, i had booked two double rooms one for my sisters wedding night and they were both rooms for single beds. Also the hotel only had one reservation of my booking and when i show the girl my booking reference she was very rude to me and I was very embarrassed. When I complained about the rooms I was told to wait till monday( the day we all check out) till the manager was in, the supervisor was unwilling to help and seemed happy enough to blame it on the booking agent. ie yourselves |

We arrived late for a local wedding and were unable to check in until late that night. Despite the hotel advertising 24h reception we were met by an exceptionally rude member of staff. Having booked a double room I was bluntly told that they had a twin, it wasn't their problem, did I want the room or not. I have never been treated so rudely by a company I'm paying for a service. Very disappointing. |
