Got an early check in, room size was good and room was clean. Breakfast was really good. Close to tube station as well. Even though breakfast was included in our room rate we had problems every morning as the breakfast staff didn't have our name on payed breakfast list. It was alright first morning, but was really annoying that it was happening every morning. And then at the check out they tried to charge us for one extra breakfast which obviously was a mistake.

The hotel has not offered us any extra, but absolutely met our expectations. Excellent proximity to the public transport. Neat environment. Clean, comfortable room. Convenient shower. An appropriate solution between two long days. If there are some, we have not encountered with any that worth mentioning.

Clean, comfy and spacious rooms. Met our expectations. About 5-7mins walk to North Acton tube station. Slightly further away from the city centre, takes about 20min to get to Oxford street. But that is fine. This hotel is value for money, will be back again.

Its a great hotel location for getting into the west end. Parking is excellent and relatively secure. The rooms on the top floor are excellent and have a great view of the city. Breakfast is good for a buffet. We have stayed 4 times and it has always been good.

Excellent staff and a great location. Room was extremely comfortable, with great views of London, and Wembley Stadium. A 4 minute walk to North Acton station, which is ideal for Central London. The breakfast was over priced and unprepared. We arrived for breakfast at 8am and found the juice machine only had orange juice ( grapefruit was coming out like water). The toaster warmed the bread but didn't toast it. There was no butter for the toast until we asked for it. The bread itself was hard, and certainly not fresh. The cooked breakfast goods had been sitting under halogen lamps for an hour before we got there, so the scrambled egg was like rubber, and the bacon hard. Although it's an all you can eat breakfast, costing £10.95, doing it once was enough. I would happily suggest this Hotel to others, but until things improve, I will not recommend the breakfast.

Close proximity to tube station. Secure parking. Clean & fairly comfortable rooms (though beds could be better). Good tv in room. Fairly priced restaurant. This was our third visit and we shall probably come again. Whilst the breakfast is good, including the service, thre could be more initiative in remedying faults with equipment for the benefit of guests. One morning the hot water machine was not working, so we could not make tea. The second morning the juice machine was not working, so we could not have our customary fruit juice. It seemed to us that it could have been possible to provide jugs of hot water for tea, and jugs or glasses of fruit juice on the second day, at minimal effort on the part of staff and to the considerable satisfaction of guests. Bed was uncomfortable - any upgrade of the hotel (which we understand is planned) should include new mattresses.

The only satisfactory station was that the train was near. There was a lot of negative, we stayed 2 people first and the only change a couple of towels on the first day and the next have their say daily to change on the way to the bed sheet. One of the two days to stay in the hotel was not hot water and our and I asked why they said, they had any problem, but it is not and do our information from the hotel. Three if the night that you come back to hotelto drink something, not you made the appetite because it was much like simple construction, just to say that there was a bar and coffe . with a few words will not go back to stay there.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities were good and the location was perfect for us. The only complaint we had was that having stayed on new years eve and not getting in till gone 3 we had to be checked out by11. They could hav maybe made an allowance considering that. But hey ho we survived. Many thanks

Location near to family primarily, and Central Line on underground 5 minute walk. Good, secure car parking with plenty of space - unlike many in that area. Hotel presents as modern in every way, staff excellent and restaurant good value and quality. Restaurant could have been a little warmer on the night we ate there and could supply extra pillows without request. Minor issues.

1) Good location 2) Quite new hotel 1) We requested via booking.com a double, non-smoking room ('cause such option was still available on the web-page), but when we got there they didn't have such rooms at all and we had to stay in a smoking room for one night 2) The next day in the morning they started to remove a carpet in the corridor at 8:00 AM !!! It was really noisy and we were not informed in advance of such work! Really uncomfortable for wake up in the morning! 3) It may happen that even if your door is locked and you are inside your room someone from the staff will enter it without waiting for your reply

The room was clean, nicely decorated, and the size was perfect for a few days stay in the city. The bathroom was great! The check-in staff were really friendly. There is a tesco Express just down the street which was convenient. The Tube station is a 3 minute walk and the ride to central London takes about 30 minutes. The hallway was a bit noisy, we could hear people walking up and down and opening the doors. It didn't really bother us, but the walls definitely were not sound proof.

Good place if you are on a budget. The North Acton station is just 500metres away and connects you to most of central London. The staff was pleasant and very efficient! I was able to check-in early and check out early without any problems or delays.

The hotel was very good! The staff was friendly and extremely dedicated to their work. They seemed to solve all problems and questions we had and we even got service in finnish. The location of the hotel was excellent! Only a five-minute walk from North Acton underground station and by tube, it took only ten minutes to Westfield shopping center and twenty minutes to Oxford street. Perfect hotel for a shopping trip. No free wifi connection, althought it costs only a few pounds for 24 hours.
