The hotel really give me a very confortable stay compare with the hotel that i stay in Queensway. Price is cheaper than Queensway and they provide the new and stylish furniture, the room is big and clean. Location generally is good. No fun around this area, this hotel is infront of the main road and surrounding by office. about 150m away from the underground. I will choose this hotel if i come again to London as it provide me a good night sleep compare with other hotels that i stay before in london with the same price. A bit far from town if compare with Queensway |

Rooms were a little bit small but functional, clean, staff were pretty helpful. The fact that the situated in a pretty quite location where you don't really have a variety of shops and restaurants. This was mitigated by the proximity to North Acton station though |

Location and cleanliness of rooms and communal areas Service was a bit slow in the restaurant and the wooden floors in the rooms made for quite a bit of noise |

very friendly staff, couteous and helpful at all times. also i liked the fact that check in was very quickly dealt with at the time of booking, i asked for clarification as to whether the double room contained 2 beds as i was travelling with a male friend for the game at wembley that day. i did not receive a reply and thought nothing more about it. it obviously didnt suit to have 1 bed between 2 guys, we're not that way inclined. i think the website should make this clearer instead of just having that its a twin/double room |

The location was close to the underground station and a great place to start out for the city. Entrance could have been better posted due to one way streets |

The hotel staff was extremely helpful. The room was modern, clean, and attractive, although the wood does creak a bit! (You quickly get used to that though.) We were very pleased with the food selection within the hotel as well as its proximity to the tube, a small grocery, and convenient restaurants. The tube stop is on the boundary between zones 1 and 2, so the ride to and from the main London attractions does add up after several days. That said, you get a lot for your money at the Ramada, so that's the minor trade-off. |

The beds were very comfortable and the room nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and of course you could go up and get lots more if you needed to! We chose the hotel because of its advertised close proximity to Wembley Stadium and it was visible in the distance. You had to get the tube then a bus and we ended up taking a taxi both there and back so not ideal. |
