es liegt unmittelbar beim flughafen. shuttle on request. alles freundlich und kundenorientiert die braunen deko-farben sind nicht mein fall, aber ok! |

Im Vergleich zu den anderen Hotels am Airport Glasgow hat uns das Ramada gut gefallen. Die vielen jüngeren Leute des Personals sind sehr erfreulich. Im Restaurant hat mich zuerst nur die Plazierung der Gäste gestört, was wohl auf Erfahrungen in der ehemaligen DDR zurück zu führen ist. Eine alte Wessi hat sich aber auch daran gewöhnt. |

Die Nähe zum Flughafen und der Shuttlebus, der pünktlich kam sowie die Möglichkeit, im Restaurant gut essen zu können. Mein Flug war um 6.00, d.h. ich musste um 4.45 das Hotel verlassen. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn man zum sehr frühen Frühstück - facilities sind ja im Zimmer - ein kleines Angebot an Obst, Cornflakes oder sonst etwas hätte, das man nutzen könnte, da ja einige Flüge so früh sind, geht das wahrscheinlich nicht nur mir so. |

Used as a stop over while travelling home. Easy to find location, comfortable, functional accomodation. The restaurant staff both in the evening and at breakfast appeared totally uninterested in providing any level of service, tried to avoid noticing diners trying to attract their attention and when did eventually notice took ages to fulfill requests. |

The staff were friendly and very helpful - thank you! The rooms were clean and functional; the bathroom particularly good. Restaurant service good and pizza very tasty. The decor in the rooms was unusual - red and mirrors not very restful but that is a personal view |

could not print my boarding pass lost my it cost an $69 also could have an parcel pick had to pay 300 pounds excess baggage only allowed 20 kg had to take the parcel with me never so glad to get to Canada. but don't the phone system. I flew Thomas Cook never again Isobel Jonsen. leaving not a manager in site very disappointed Isobel Jonsen Yes they did not tell that if I used the phone system it was going to cost 3/25 pounds a minute My Bill was 811 pounds for one night at a rate of 70 pounds sterling with breakfast I almost pooped myself they didn't even have ti posted I could have used my cell phone other hotels swipe your visa 50 pounds deposit and you can use the phone all day to make oversea calls they asked me if i wanted to put any extras on my card I said yes but not think in a million years I would walk away holding an 811 pound sterling bill I also paid for a special the hotel was offering movies + internet 24 hour package paid my 20 pounds it didn't work also lost my last 5 pounds in the internet system in the lobby same thing you 20 minutes for a pound. Nice size room. Quiet considering it is immediately adjacent to the airport. Hotel restaurant was very reasonable and decent food. Could offer the service of a printer with the internet station. Tried printing our boarding passes but could not get the site to email the info to the front desk to print them out. |

Its vicinity to the airport was very convenient. The dinner was excellent. Breakfast was very poor, not hot. It was obvious to me that the fruit salad had been in the bowl for some days. The receptionist should learn to smile. |

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and nothing was to much bother to them. There is nothing I did not like about this hotel but I think it would benefit from a swimming pool,so guest could take a evening or early morning swim before they start their day. |

We were impressed at first,by the appearance of the room,It looked quite nice,but that was it, We were surprised to find that there was no A,C. in a hotel as modern as this one,There also was no snack machine,and we were told to go to the hotel across the road if we wanted snacks,I had to ask three times to have our kettle changed.as the one we had didn't work.When I tried to find a newspaper,I was told to go to the garage down the road.even the next morning there wasn't any,True to their ad,there was a shuttle to the airport 500 meters away,but the ad didn't mention the 4 lb, charge,This was the first time I've had to pay for a shuttle from an airport hotel anywhere. |

Free parking There was no air movement & the atmosphere was stuffy both in the room & corridor . It was not possible to open the windows because of the sickening smell coming from the kitchen chimney which was below the level of the room. The last straw was the continuous traffic noise and then the early morning garbage collection .... None of this helped by poorly sealed windows. I guess this was the noisy side of the hotel.... The bed was well past it's 'use by' date & very uncomfortable.... This is the worst hotel room I have ever used in Glasgow. Not what I expected from this chain. |

The staff were helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and efficient. It was very close to the airport which was why we chose it. This is a double edged sword since the nearest town was over a mile away and the roads around airports seem to assume no one walks. Despite being about 100 yards from the airport, a fence prevented direct access. Since there are no sidewalks on the busy arterials surrounding the airport, the walk carrying heavy bags was not pleasant. Yes there was a taxi available, but we didn't want to pay. |
