There was no air movement & the atmosphere was stuffy both in the room & corridor . It was not possible to open the windows because of the sickening smell coming from the kitchen chimney which was below the level of the room. The last straw was the continuous traffic noise and then the early morning garbage collection .... None of this helped by poorly sealed windows. I guess this was the noisy side of the hotel.... The bed was well past it's 'use by' date & very uncomfortable.... This is the worst hotel room I have ever used in Glasgow. Not what I expected from this chain.

the bus service which was on all during the night to the airport was very noisey, maybe pickup point could be moved , also the ciggie smokers, have a smoking area away from the front door, not very nice looking on arrival. people hanging around outside the main door talking, voices travel especialy during the night never got a good sleep....

Very convenient for Glasgow International Airport. Comfortable room, good meal in restaurant. Reception staff very helpful.

Good location and transportation to the airport on our outward journey

When we came back we called the reception to let them knoiw to send the courtesy bus so we could collect our car. We waited for around half an hour before calling again to be told the bus had been and come back to the hotel again. This was blatantly not true as we had been sitting at the correct pick up point.

The room was excellent including the facilities there in. The lay out of the room especialy the trouser press and ironing board etc. was just what a traveller needs. well done with this design. I have travelled all over Europe, North america and the Far East, this hotel room compares favourably with most I have stayed at.

The hotel had no hot water on the evening I arrived and so boiling the kettle for a wash was the only option ( I didn't get a reduction in my bill). The windows though UPVC were not fitted well and so not only did I get the airplane noise but the wind howling round them as well. Not a good night or experience in all.

value for money of an airport hotel.

real pain getting from the car hire drop point to the hotel. There are no pavements and the walk is only 100 yards. You are supposed to get a bus but this would take forever and so you walk along the road. Not the hotels fault but still annoying

Very convenient to the airport which was the purpose. Rates were excellent. An excellent business hotel.

Service in the restaurant left much to be desired but food was good.
