눉No information how to get from airport to hotel, I used Google maps to find a walk route and ended up walking for 20 minutes in the dark and rain accross the motorway roundabouts, when I got there I found a pretty bland reception, they were not rude but also not welcoming, the hotel has no character, I went to buy a drink from the bar and was told I could only order if I set up a room account, no option to pay at the time. My room was freezing, the heater didn't work, the noise from the road was loud, there was no curtain, and the sliding screen was jammed so I couldn't close it. The towels were thin and hard and left in a plastic bag which was poor presentation. My room door did not close properly, it needed a really firm shove for the lock to catch, I realised part way through the night the door was ajar. There were no spare blankets, I was freezing, hardly slept at all. They give you shower gel to use but no other toiletries which is annoying when your travelling and don't have shampoo with you! ... I paid £60 for the night and feel ripped off. I've stayed in a lot of hotels, I don't need anything fancy, but I think this is the worst place I have ever stayed, I don't recommend it I'm afraid.
