The rooms were clean and fresh and the staff were friendly. The TV internet keybord was defective so I couldn't check my departure time. There were no forms for filling in for defective/broken equipement as it says in the booklet in the room. Last time I stayed the movies didn't work either. If they had we might have stayed in instead of going to Glasgow for dinner. |

clean and friendly the bus service which was on all during the night to the airport was very noisey, maybe pickup point could be moved , also the ciggie smokers, have a smoking area away from the front door, not very nice looking on arrival. people hanging around outside the main door talking, voices travel especialy during the night never got a good sleep.... |

Convenience -close to airport. The room was clean and quiet. Staff in hotel and the restaurant were very polite and helpful and the food was good. There was no exercise equipment. |

Good location and transportation to the airport on our outward journey When we came back we called the reception to let them knoiw to send the courtesy bus so we could collect our car. We waited for around half an hour before calling again to be told the bus had been and come back to the hotel again. This was blatantly not true as we had been sitting at the correct pick up point. |

the airport hotel was full so they transfered us to the Ramada in Aberdeen city centre. Which was convienient, the bar was open late and the staff were good. The shower didnt work, there was no coffee in the room or biscuits. |

The hotel classification should be Airport hotel which wasn't in the list. It was close to Glasgow airport and had a shuttle which we used several times. After staying there on arrival, we made a reservation for our last night in Scotland, handy to catch our morning flight. The breakfast was good, as was the dinner. Very nice bathrooms. |

The room was excellent including the facilities there in. The lay out of the room especialy the trouser press and ironing board etc. was just what a traveller needs. well done with this design. I have travelled all over Europe, North america and the Far East, this hotel room compares favourably with most I have stayed at. |

The hotel had no hot water on the evening I arrived and so boiling the kettle for a wash was the only option ( I didn't get a reduction in my bill). The windows though UPVC were not fitted well and so not only did I get the airplane noise but the wind howling round them as well. Not a good night or experience in all. |

Convenientally situated for access to Glasgow airport, breakfast in the morning was ideal although nothing special. Car parking facility in hotel car park whilst on holiday was ideal instead of having to park at Linwood or elsewhere. Awoken at around 2.30 am by night staff shouting to each other, this wnet on for a few minutes then they must have moved elsewhere in the hotel. They really need to be more aware of gusets sleeping. |

value for money of an airport hotel. real pain getting from the car hire drop point to the hotel. There are no pavements and the walk is only 100 yards. You are supposed to get a bus but this would take forever and so you walk along the road. Not the hotels fault but still annoying |

Very convenient to the airport which was the purpose. Rates were excellent. An excellent business hotel. Service in the restaurant left much to be desired but food was good. |

Room was nicely designed and very comfortable. We arrived late at the hotel andhad missed the restaurant, instead we ordered room service and the food terrible - the garlic bread was solid and the stonebaked pizza far too salty. |

Reception staff polite and efficient. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and shower facilities good. Hotel quieter than expected given proximity to airport with good sound insulation in the room. It was not perfect (see notes below) but on balance I would recommend for a business traveller. The bed was rather hard which was disappointing given the pillows were better than in most hotels. The duvet was too thin and the room took too long to warm up to a comfortable level. I thought also that the evening meal options were limited. |

the restaurant food was good, and easy location next to the m8 ,and airport rooms were o/k but the bed itself was a bit tatty going threadbare at the base and a little hard to sleep on. didnt much like the fire alarm giving me a wake up call in the morning breakfast buffet style a little basic |

Local to Airport Your rude staff shouting at me at Breakfast, so much so i ended up checking out with nothing to eat. This is not ideal as i have a heart condition. The food was also plain and overpriced. I work with a number of colleagues who make regular visits to Glasgow (at least 10 times a month) but we all will not be using this hotel again due to my experience. |

Very convenient access and parking. The room was clean, comfortable and very well appointed. The restaurant. No issues with the food quality, but the portions were tiny. I was left feeling hungry after my evening meal and at breakfast, the buffet was almost empty. |

Esae of access, helpful staff, hotel is situated conveniently for our use when in Paisley; reasonably quiet except for some drunken people in the corridors The hanging facilities for clothing were very poor{open to all and very high) especially as we had formal clothes. Also --no biscuits!!! Also a more convenient drawer system! (too low!) One spare pillow was not clean and obviously had already been used. |
