Ramada Glasgow Airport  

Nice staff, nice room, kept very clean. Would recomend the hotel to my friends. I also had two brothers staying at the hotel at the same time, they also enjoyed there stay.

The cost of food. We ate at the restautant one time. It cost 25 pounds for 1 large and 1 small bottle of beer and 2 bowl's of soup. Crazzzzzy. Dolbies nursery down the street serves breakfast two for 5.95 we ate there every day for breakfast.

Bar staff on the night - helpfull

Reception staff member appeared to be new and had not been inducted correctly. I was not asked if I’d stayed before or advised where to find my room. I left my card details for extras too be added but this was not relayed to the bar – they had to check. £4.00 parking is a scandal. Breakfast was extra - not worth it. Wifi extra - a joke. No Sky Sports. Stayed there several times - I won't be rushing back.

Handy for the airport and taxis - comfortable and quite relaxed and the bar/restaurant Manager was very helpful. However I did not like the parking situation - the receptionist did not inform us that their was a special deal for parking of 4 gbp/night for guests I then spent 20 minutes calling the parking company and was charged 13 gbp. The Hotel should have a sign somewhere clearly stating their parking situation

Walk distance to the terminal is without any problem - less then 5 min

Hotel was excellent. First time we have been there but would definitely use it again in the near future. Staff were excellent to very helpful and price very good along with the parking of our car. Great deal thank you

Great location to Braehead Arena which was the reason I was there, check-in and check-out were both easy and quick. Room was clean and found the bed comfortable. Hotel is trendy and looks good when you enter it and see the nice bar/restuarant and reception areas.

Pity the food is so expensive and not a big range of meals on the menu otherwise I'd have eaten there, but chose to eat outwith the hotel instead.

I thought that the hotel was perfect for my needs. I was travelling out early the next morning from Glasgow airport. It was convenient and very good value compared to neighbouring ones that were slightly closer to the airport. Very pleasant restaurant for evening meal

You had to pay for the airport bus.

I liked the extremely helpful staff member who supervised not only the dining area but also worked as a troubleshooter [I.E. he lent us a lamp because one of our bedside lightbulbs was out; also, he opened a bottle of our own cider for us, as it was not a screwtop kind of bottle!] The morning person at the front desk was also courteous and helpful - watching for our shuttle bus for us to take us to the airport.

The price, it was clean and quiet, staff were friendly.

No public footway from the terminal building - on busy days the short walk could be dangerous. A minor gripe - we had to ask for glasses for the orange juice and plates for the cornflakes at breakfast times

My brother and myself stayed on 29th March before travelling on to Australia. I booked because of the price, although the reviews were not that good. The people who wrote those reviews must have stayed at a different hotel because we found that our stay was very enjoyable, staff very helpful, rooms lovely and very comfortable and clean. We had dinner which was good and also had breakfast next morning which we also enjoyed. I would definately recomend this hotel.

There was nothing we didn't like

The staff were excellent - very friendly and happy to help.

Internet was broken for entire 3 night stay. As a business traveller this was very frustrating as it made keeping up to date with work pretty impossible.
