Room was perfect and really friendly and helpful staff !
Restaurant was really overpriced for dub standard quality food. Eat elsewhere !
Food Facilities good Restaurant good Proximity of airport
Pillow was hard Further from airport than we thought it would be
the restaurant - poor food and slow service
everything other than I disliked
the pillows are far to soft, and the tv is far to slow to react, plus a real annoyance was this hotel is advertised as having a shuttle to the airport, but it no longer has ,so had I known this I would have stayed elserwhere
Albeit this is an airport hotel it's not run that way by the staff. Pleasant and friendly and welcoming. Room standards are high and the breakfast is well stocked in a relaxed atmosphere. Won't hesitate to use again and again
Location and good price. Polite helpful staff.
Heating did not work properly so the room was cold and this is a big factor when assessing comfort.
Near the airport Good deal
Some noises outside
Missing signs to show you walking direction towards hotel. In the front of the Holliday they should put arow tp let you follow the path. otherwise we take turn towRd petrol station and walk on the road in darkness being in danger to be hit by running vehicles
The most rapid response possible followed my telling the reception the window catch was faulty, which in winter in Glasgow matters quite a lot. By the time I had returned from breakfast house management had tightened the screws and fixed the problem. Well done. After all it's not getting it right that's the issue, it's putting it right.
High standard chain hotel
better heating control would be an advantage
Friendly & helpful staff. Extremely comfortable & well equipped rooms. Easy booking, check in & departure. Sophisticated & modern feel of hotel. Fantastic value for money.
The staff were fantastic, the room was really nice, the parking was excellent for long stay while flying out of the country, location was perfect for the airport for walking to the terminal, and the price was really excellent.
Could have done with more pillows. Pillows were very soft and there was only 3 of them. as I have neck problems this did mean it was not as comfortable as I would have liked. Having said that I didn't ask for more at reception so didn't give them the chance to resolve that so I am not complaining or marking them down for it.
My experience for dinner in the restaurant was appalling. Firstly stood and waited for 10 minutes before I was seated with waiting staff just walking past me and ignoring me. Then after placing my order and waiting a half an hour, the waitress came back to ask me for my order again, as she forgot to process it. Then waited a further half an hour before my drink and food came. After a whole day of travelling it was the last thing I needed and capped off a horrendous day and unpleasant Ramada experience.
Blackout windows I liked
Noisy people on same floor- people shouting at early hours of morning. Did not get a good nights rest. May choose different hotel for next business trip.
Location was very handy although only a 10 minute walk and not worth the price of a taxi, when it's raining it would be nice to have had a pickup from the hotel organised. Food was very tasty although fish was over cooked but the chips were brilliant. Good sized glass of wine which is different from the normal 'small glass with even less wine in it' ! Great shower, very comfy big room although we had to work out that the mirrored wall was actually a slide opening to the window.
The additional twin beds were pushed up against the mirrored wall and the storage heater - made it difficult to slide the mirror across and the storage heater hadn't been dusted in many a day!
Early flight next day so hotel was just right for one night £4 in a taxi to airport
I have stayed here a few times & also recommended it to others who also said it was a lovely stay. I liked the big mirror window.
Not easily reachable on foot
Food at the restaurant was really nice
Room was cold, the old electric heater was too close to the children's beds to feel comfortable leaving it on
Provided shampoo and showergel. Also had my own ironing board.
Went down for breakfast the following morning and it cost a staggerig £14
Bed very well worn, springs coming through, not comfortable
Cost if taxis back and forward to terminal cost £11.00 Will take that into consideration next time
