No clear instructions of the walk to the hotel when you actually come out of the Airport.

But road wasn't easy as was busy.its a pity there wasn't a underpass or steps over roads.

Staff weren't very friendly. Have to pay for parking over and above price of hotel. Family room was clearly a double room with an uncomfortable fold down bed jammed in. Also no bath which with young child was awkward. Much better value to be found elsewhere

Terrible and expensive food in the restaurant. poor choice and not cooked well. I paid far too much for what we had. I asked for small icecream and was charged £6.50 as a full dessert price. I asked for the menu coffee of a cafeteaire and was charged full price but got one tea cup and charged full price also asked for decaff and I am sure it was not and spent all night with a headache. Never again

Having to pay £4 on top of the stay to park your car, I would have thought that staying only 1 night at hotel it would have been in price !!!?,the room was stinking of smoke,was told guests could smoke in rooms!!!!!,but did get a move.and the b/fast was wht I thought it would be !!!!!!!!!! wont be going back.

Convenience to the airport willingness to get the airport shuttle on short notice mirror 'curtain' for window shade- unusual and a good idea

Difficult to find - had to call and get directions, even after getting a description of how to get there on the website no top sheet- it was either full dyne or no cover no shampoo or cream rinse

The location of the hotel was minutes from Paisley which was good.

We had a family room, and the bed my son slept in had a very poor mattress. He sank to the floor when he lay in it.

couldnt find our booking, had to log onto internet to find my confirmation email to prove... was very embarrassing

No food offer nor room service. I had travelled for 6 hours by car, was exhausted and arrived just after 9.30pm to find no food offer available - not even a sandwich. And like so many places the toasters are never checked for the ability to toast a slice of bread on both sides! Would prefer to pay more for breakfast to get better quality of bread and preserves.

A modern walk in shower! Need I say more? The room was large with everything you need for a overnight stay. The bar area was comfortable and welcoming.
