I stayed at Ramada Hotel in Coventry and found the staff courteous, friendly, helpful and professional. The food in the restaurant was delicious and plentiful, and the location of this hotel was excellent. The entrance and the lifts were both accessible to wheelchair users, as was the restaurant. I didn't think the 'disabled' room we stayed in was big enough. The door to the bathroom couldn't be opened fully because the bed was in the way, and there was not enough space to turn my wheelchair round properly in the bedroom. |

I used the Ramada Hotel,Coventry as a base whilst visiting friends in the area .The room was of a good standard & room service prompt .The food supplied (from the Hotel's own restaurant) was excellant & the staff polite & positive . I was disapointed that having read it had a leisure facility of sorts from the information on line (admitedly not from the Hotelier themselves I will concede) that ,in fact ,it had only a three station room (I was advised by reception) ,with no changing facilty , sauna or shower .Therefore it was expected (based on this info supplied ) to travel within the hotel in gym kit & after the work out too . I did not investigate the room further as a result of this . |

We attended a concert at Ricoh - not much atmosphere on our return to hotel bar. Very little atmosphere - staff did not engage and some gave no eye contact - seemed very uninterested - very disappointing. There was no mini fridge in the room. Noisy water system in bathroom. |

Helpful staff at reception. Our dining experience was very good. The chef very helpful and prepared a salad that was not on the menu. One of the female bar staff had a very bad attitude. There appeared to be "demarkation" issues and her rather loud voice disturbed more that our table. My daughter asked for water when she brought our drinks to the table and it was very obvious from her face and sigh that she was not pleased!! |

Rooms were roomy and spotless. I was uprgraded as 1st room was next to a faulty lift motor room that screamed loudly. Room changed instantly with warm and genuine apology. Views from rooms makes even coventry city centre look good. All staff were attentive, in particular the front desk team. I had not stayed before, yet I felt as if I was a valued and frequent guest. noisy lift but it was sorted immediately |

The hotel was clean. Breakfast was excellent. There was no minibar in the room. Lack of 4* hotel equipments. Too many ironing material in the cupboards, detrimental to clothes. |

The staffs were friendly and the room was very clean and modernized. I clearly heard the coughs of the next room and a big noise from the water of the bathroom and the main road (7th floor). I paid 10 days breakfast extra fee for nothing, as I had misunderstood it is pay as you go. Admitting that it is caused by lack of my lingstical ability, I got really disappointed anyway. |

me and my partner had a lovely weekend, the room was very nice and modern, it had a lovely view from the 13th floor. the staff were very friendly we would definately stay there again. During the night the room temperate got too hot too sleep in and when we turned the heat off it would come back on again, this could just be because of the time of year. Other than that we had no problems our stay was lovely. |

Our stay was ok, though our room was freezing, a poor heating system with very inadequate instructions. Also, one of the cups hadn't been cleaned! |
