The staff were absolutely incredible. Always Helpful and knew their jobs very well. The rooms were immaculate. Although I had a slight problem with the fact that there were no smoking disabled rooms!! This made life a little difficult for me but would be my only negative point. I would definitely reccommend this hotel and the staff deserve the highest praise as they were absolutely fantastic! There was no smoking disabled facilities (rooms). |

It was quite easy to drive to birningham. We stayed here as we were attending the clothes show. The night staff did not seem too bothered about helping with queries |

The Ramada is everything it says it is .We were able to leave our car in their car park after check out to go to our daughters graduation, a big plus. Breakfast could be included in the price, it was the first time we stayed. |

there was a large walk-in shower cubicle and the room had air conditioning pillows were rock hard- if you'd accidentally dropped one on your foot, it would have meant a trip to A&E! |

Staff went out of their way to help and answer any questions you may have.Restaurant staff very helpful - one exception on very last day when at Sunday lunch waiter "threw" plate down and had his fingers in the food! Clearly he did not want to be there however this was not a true reflection of the high standard of service provided by all other staff.Give the Sunday Lunch a miss. Previous reviews I have read are quite correct.Rooms next to lifts can be noisy as can the plumbing, however the plumbing noise not really an issue and I just asked for room away from lifts. |

Easy walking distance to centre of Coventry, car parking good and the rooms were clean, comfortable and the staff helpful. The lifts are very slow and the restaurant ran out of pizza bases! The bar also ran out of essentials such as brandy! |

I liked the fact that there was a shower cubicle and not a bath and there was a digital tv. Eventhough our room faced a busy road, we did not hear the noise of the traffic. I would have liked more pillows in the room |

The room size & cleanliness Our room was to the back of the lift! In which case every time the lift was called, we could hear it! I have stayed at the hotel before though & have not had any problems. |

It's convenience to the road network.Reasonable car parking.Contemporary feel of the hotel and provision of mineral water in the room which is not always available in many hotels. The Restaurant was under staffed for a Bank Holiday weekend and service very slow even though it was not that busy. They could not provide the house salad because they had run out of cucumber! Plumbing and Lift was very noisey. |

I stayed at Ramada Hotel in Coventry and found the staff courteous, friendly, helpful and professional. The food in the restaurant was delicious and plentiful, and the location of this hotel was excellent. The entrance and the lifts were both accessible to wheelchair users, as was the restaurant. I didn't think the 'disabled' room we stayed in was big enough. The door to the bathroom couldn't be opened fully because the bed was in the way, and there was not enough space to turn my wheelchair round properly in the bedroom. |

I used the Ramada Hotel,Coventry as a base whilst visiting friends in the area .The room was of a good standard & room service prompt .The food supplied (from the Hotel's own restaurant) was excellant & the staff polite & positive . I was disapointed that having read it had a leisure facility of sorts from the information on line (admitedly not from the Hotelier themselves I will concede) that ,in fact ,it had only a three station room (I was advised by reception) ,with no changing facilty , sauna or shower .Therefore it was expected (based on this info supplied ) to travel within the hotel in gym kit & after the work out too . I did not investigate the room further as a result of this . |

Next to the famous cathedral, with the city’s shopping centre and department stores on its doorstep, a mere 20-minute drive from the NEC, NIA, ICC and Birmingham Symphony Hall. |
In the heart of Coventry's city centre, close to the cathedral and the West Orchard shopping centre, the hotel offers great value, with spacious, comfortable and modern en suite rooms. |
This charming Coventry hotel with a 2 AA-Rosette restaurant has access to the M6, M42, NEC and Birmingham Airport. The Manor Hotel is set within an elegant Georgian building originally built in 1745. |
This modern hotel with stylish surroundings has an excellent location off junction 2 of the M6/M69 interchange, which is convenient for Birmingham, Coventry, and Birmingham International Airport. |
