We were in room 266 it was a good size we asked for another chair and the staff were very curtious and helpful in fact the couldn't do enough we got our chair. All the staff were good
easy to find good location. good facilities.
Everyone we met was super friendly & attentive. Room was really spacious and good value for money.
Bed was a bit hard for our liking but was fine for 2 nights.
We have visited this hotel several times, it meets all of our needs especially now that the Gaity Theater is open and just over the road
The weather, do what can you do about that in October in Scotland!
assistant manager alex extremely helpful
beds and pillows a bit uncomfortable
Hotel is very central to town centre and lots of pubs and restaurants only a short walk away. Free Wifi in the hotel is a definite bonus.
hotel is slightly dated. Prices of food in restaurant isnt best value.
Bedroom to small
Location and view
I was a bit disappointed in the amount of choice on the dinner menu
Staff were very helpful and polite. Room was comfortable as clean. Would definitely stay here again.
Only disappointment was breakfast. Went for breakfast at 8 am and all though had wide choice of food. Cooked food from hotplate was dry and rubbery. Wouldn't order breakfast for future stay.
Superb room - and the hotel has excellent swimming facilities.
Every thing in centre of the town great food great beds swimming pool has something for everybody of all ages liked everything
I had no complaints of any kind
bed, window that opens, view!
cracked toilet pan, bathroom door wouldn't close
View and position of hotel and staff excellant
Very hot in rooms
I liked the location, right in town centre and we had a sea view room with a sofa, it was quite spacious. Bed was lovely and comfy. The receptionists were friendly and the hotel had a relaxed atmosphere, enjoyed my stay.
The pool was on the small side, steam room and other facilities were good, changing rooms could do with an upgrade, but nothing awful about the place at all
Staff helpful and friendly
View from room
Changing and shower area very dirty Had 2 change in toilet! Also special birthday and was not recognised
I found the girl that gave me a massage very helpful, she also gave me exercise tips to prevent further pains in my back/legs.
I though reception staff could have been a bit more upbeat/inviting. They are the first and last person you see . Although they never actually done anything wrong
Location, majority of staff were excellent.
Receptionist who checked us in was quite rude. Rooms were shabby and bathroom looked dirty because tiling was grotty and needed replaced. Breakfast was cold, not the staffs fault due to equipment. I was told check out was noon but housekeeping told me we had to be out by 11am. Wasn't happy about that.
Clean, good sized room, comfy bed, good service
A little dated
Beds were comfortable
Dirty Corridors were smelly (cigarette smoke) Staff were rude and unhelpful Hotel in general was just tired Not worth the £100 that I paid
Location was great for bars restaurants and the beach.
Bit noisey at night if your room is at the front.
location was good breakfast was all right not amazing lovely clean bed and towels did really enjoy it
paying for parking arrived 1.20 pm friday left 11.ooam sunday was charged £4. 85 not enough tea coffee in room
Good location and handy for the shops and theatre
First night, Fire alarm was activated and the night staff response was worryingly poor. Second night, very noisy guests at 0500hrs. Both nights a very poor sleep indeed. Toilet in room leaked and the toilet worktop was poorly finished and in a poor condition.
As a last minute get away it was a fair deal. The pool facilities were enjoyable and the room was comfortable.
It is situated in a rather noisy area and the restaurant down stairs wad basic and over priced.
The pool was a very attractive feature - especially for somebody travelling on their own.
