Staff very friendly
Good choice of food in bsr and restaurant , swimming pool clesn and spacious hotel
Bedroom a bit small with no opening window and no air conditioning. Consequently kept waking up during the night.
Staff very helpful . Plenty of parking space outside hotel .
able to come & go as required
just the photo on website, hotel was much better than expected!
The toilet in our room didn't flush properly and sometimes not at all.
easy car parking good sized room friendly staff
breakfast just ok
I stayed for a night prior to a meeting. Hotel was close to motor way and a shopping park where there were food places nearby. Nice staff, comfy rooms. Good breakfast.
Rooms are a little dated. As soon as I closed the shower curtain I felt I was in the 80s but good enough for a nights sleep
Although the location isnt exactly in the city, the atmosphere of this hotel was very welcoming. The staff were exceptionally friendly and keen to help with every requirement we had. We had excellent meals, again served by excellent waiting staff. I would happily stay here again and wouldnt be surprised if the staff remember my name if i did, such was their professionalism.
Had a very enjoyable 2 day stay, the staff were excellent and the location idea for my visit to Bolton.
very helpful staff - especially in bar and breakfast area good location for me
cost of room (particularly Saturday night) noise levels on Sat night (TWO discos until 1pm) limited room 'luxuries'(eg no bottled water, no biscuits) some aspects need updating (eg bathroom)
location free parking wifi
highly priced dirty looking room carpet and chairs in room looked dirty sink in bathroom was blocked/broken not what you expect when paying close to £100 a night
We were upgraded
V hard to find as Manchester Road so long
Nice and quiet, good wifi, never got to use the restaurant, so cannot comment on that.
Easy to get to, close to motorway, good to have a pool and gym.
It was between 27c & 31c so the room was unbearably hot and no way to cool down, very little sleep because of the heat. Rooms on the front side of hotel face onto a main road so can be very noisy. A little over the top with their prices in the bar.
Public areas, restaurants, bars were very friendly and efficient
Other children in pool without adult supervision were rather disruptive to other guests
Stayed there as son was competing in Ironman competition and was convenient for stadium. Other competitors were staying also so they were accomadating re food etc to suit timings.
It was very hot and the room was very stuffy with no air and was too hot to sleep. Also our room was at the front of the hotel and we found the road noisy.
The staff are really good, helpful and friendly
Rooms are a bit tired White wine by the glass seems expensive
Quiet room Lovely breakfast
Bar prices too high
All staff besides one member of their team couldn't do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
The hotel room photos which advertises are misleading. And the pricing fluctuating depending on the capacity of customers and rooms being full.
nearly everything but paid £10 more than the company we were in with..i.e. wedding.
no shampoo in the shower room. very limited amount of toilet paper
good parking, friendly staff, very clean, restaurant food excellant and quiet
improve the size of tv's, saying that though the Reebok need to upgrade their TV's and they are 4*
Helpful, friendly staff. Clean and tidy. Only there one night. Would stay again.
Shower in room very poor
The bed was very comfortable had an excellent nights sleep.
Unfortunately we ordered room service and I had to ring after an hour to see where our food was it turned out they had forgotten the order and we had to wait a further 20mins the situation was resolved and they issued us with complimentary drinks and the food was lovely when we got it. also the rooms where dated and could do with being updated.
It was a quiet night when we stayed and we had excellent service. Room was clean and very comfortable.
Our room was quite a walk from reception area, and the elevator is old and clunky, giving a jolt as it stops. Not serious issues.
