Friendly staff who maintained a good service over the Christmas break. They were not busy but were very sensible about where the few visitors were placed

I liked the fact that when I booked online and was asked if I had any special requests these were acted upon at Hoel level which I found highly unusual as most hotels just ignore this box. We were both very impressed with the hotel and its staff & facilities.

The toilet cistern made a loud and horrible sound after flushing - like a cow in painful labour!

Solid hotel for this location. Good value business overnight. I didn't have any other use so cannot say what it would be like for pleasure/family etc. Bedrooms a bit dated & on the small side but not in a deal-breaking way!

Good location and hotel looks good from the outside. Reception area looks very grand. Reception staff were courtious and helpful. Room was very small and cold. Shower unit soaked the whole bathroom squirting water out the back of the shower instead of the head. Water hit the wall and ran down to soak the toilets rolls.... Complained and reception staff came straight up to look at the situation. Nothing could be done as they had 3 functions on that night and were busy.

The room is well designed and the cafeteria system at breakfast is efficient and well-considered Although the stay was very enjoyable I did find the over-attentive dining room staff at breakfast time made eating a more stressful activity than I think it should be, especially in the morning! This explains my "fair" rating for staff rather than anthing higher.

We think the rooms are a bit too hot , the de-humidifyer doesn't work well, windows doesn't open more than 3 inches max., Breakfast should also be included in price.

We won't stay again, the whole thing is washed out, and cheap looking. The staff were polite and friendly, but poorly trained We went out to eat - did not want to risk the restaurant or breakfast given the look of the bar and reception area.

Good sized room (although we had paid extra for a superior room) and not too hot. All one would expect for this type of hotel. No issues. When we arrived there was only one mmember of staff on reception so had to wait. We would have expected more staff for the size of the hotel - but a minor issue.

Staff were very friendly and the room was nice and clean. It was also very easy to get to and an ideal location for where we were visiting. The only downside was the comfort of the bed. The mattress was thin and you virtually feel all the springs. However my friend who had a room said his bed was very comfortable so maybe the hotel is slowly replacing them.

Stayed at the hotel for my mates wedding. Got a good price through booking.com and can't really have any complaints other than my Mrs banged her eye on the soap dish in the shower - so be careful when picking up the shampoo!

Good location for what I needed Room too cold overnight - heating went off, could not adjust radiator and there was no spare blanket. the room was very noisey as it seemed to be situated over a compressor/refridgeration unit that kept 'humming' all night. The shower position was badly designed meaning the window sill got very wet

Close proximity to Bradford and the surrounding area. Staff were helpful and pleasant The night we were there there was a Tribute band resulting in the bar area being quite chilly as the doors were opened to allow stage equipment to be brought into the function room concerned and this cold air filtered around into the bar area.
