The underground car park was a long way from reception and when booked in I had to go back to the car to put a ticket in it. The room was very hot and it backed on to a veranda and we could hear people talking at all hours when they were outside smoking. My wife and I were very disappointed and will not be booking again. |

Large comfortable room with sea view and balcony. Very good value for money. Reception a staff a little slow on check-in. Breakfast selection was fair however it seemed not to be presented well....baked beans dripping all over table etc. |

we only went to brighton to see a show at the centre, and was hoping to have a nice weekend at the same time. it was old, tacky , and probably needed a refurishbment, couldn't understand whyon the hottest weekend of the year we needed HOT towel rails and heated mirrors on, and a fan permantly on to try and cool things down. |

Thought the hotel overall was good and the breakfast was excellent. Great location! The room was far too hot. It made it almost impossible to sleep. There was a fan in the wardrobe however this made little difference. Found that i was soaking within seconds of walking into the bedroom or bathroom. The bathroom and shower were tiny and expected more. |

We liked being able to check in on arrival earlier than stipulated and the fact that it had onsite parking, ok so we had to pay for it but it was a lot chaper than an NCP car park would have been. Reception staff were very polite and chatty and the 12oclock check out time was great. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choice. The hotel is in need of a little refurbishment, a lick of paint wouldn't go a miss. |

The best thing about this hotel was the location which was right on the seafront. The parking facilities were very poor and the staff were not particularly helpful. |

Central location with parking - pleasant hotel Hot night no air conditioning. Did not like having to pay an extra £15 for parking. |

The new room 268 was lovely and modern, with a very nice bathroom. Though in the hight of summer I would imagine that it would be far to hot to stay in, as the window was very small and I wouldnt feel safe having the patio door open. (The room did have a fan, and we did have that on all night) The entrance glass doors and windows were very dirty. |

It was convenient for exploring Brighton.Room was clean staff quite pleasant Room and bathroom were very small. The bath was very small would have been better with just shower base.Booked months in advance had stated preference for sea view placed right at back of hotel.Would have appreciated call to say sea view extra. |

Lack of bar staff. Some of the staff had a poor understanding of english.Rooms were small. Some of the food was of a poor quality.Overall I thought the hotel was not up to the usual Ramada standard, presumably because there is high demand for accommodation in Brighton and there is a 'take it or leave it' attitude on behalf of the company. |

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. It is a pity that being on the sea front, there is no outside seating for guests. |

Clean, comfortable rooms and the flexibility of the breakfast time the next morning. The locality to everything. Would have preferred a sea view like I requested when I made the booking way back in February. |
