the dining room where we had an excellant breakfast was lovely, the staff were helpful,we had a problem with the plumbing and it was sorted immediatley. even though i assume its been refurbished ,it was still looking a bit tired.a very old typical seaside hotel but it suited us fine.the location was great, |

Good location, very friendly staff, spotless, comfortable. It was relaxing after being out all day to come into a lovely hotel and have peace and quite. Hotel was busy, but quiet at the same time. Will definately book The Ramada again. |

Nice location and the food was good I chose the hotel because of it's seafront location, I was given a room at the rear with windows leading to a rear fire escape! Seemed to think that this is a businessman on his own, stick him anywhere. |

The breakfast was great, our rooms were mostly clean. One of our groups' rooms smelt heavily of smoke and the people who stayed in that rooms's belongings also smelt of smoke the following day. |

Breakfast was excellent; location was good; staff friendly; The double bed was appalling as we felt like we were about to slide off throughout the night. It seemed to slope towards the floor and one of us took to sleeping on the floor as it was so uncomfortable. Light came in through the cracks between the door and the door jam and this also made sleeping difficult as the hall light was on all night. The questions below need an extra category as I would answer them as a yes but! I.E if the aforesaid problems were fixed I'd certainly recommend it but only at the discounted price which we paid. The supposed £216 per night was way overpriced for such a bed along with the door problems. |

The concert I saw down the road and the fact that it was a beautiful day. the hotel was awful In the email I asked if it would be possible to have a room with a sea view. They didn't even have the decency to respond. When I arrived, they put me in the darkest room of the hotel looking out onto a an enclosed courtyard with a skylight covered in Pidgeon droppings. I wouldn't recommend this place or stay again. unless the price reflected the quality ie: £50 for the room! |

Locality to beach and nightlife Poor quality of room, mould on the ceiling in bathroom. Constant banging from car park door directly under room. First room. Overbearing heat, no ventalation, window straight out onto roof area covered in pidgeon mess and parts of dead bird. Also large ammount of ciggarette butts outside window second room. Third room ok |

Location was nice. Breakfast included is good. Internet was a little bit expensive. Suggest you have a free zone in the lobby and bar. Many people need this service and it is not fair to hold them ransom. |

I liked the location of the hotel and the dining and bar area of the hotel. I thought the reception of the hotel was not good at all, it takes a long time to check in even though you have booking confirmation with you and the car park space was not sufficient for the size of the hotel. |
