The Felbridge Hotel and Spa  

A very modern hotel, helpful staff, we got down to breakfast around 10.00, and the food was running out, so something to look at.

All of the facilities except the reception.

Nobody on reception even bother to indicate the locality of the rooms, in fact did not give any directions at all. Extremely discourteous. On checking out I was given the bill and noticed that breakfasts had been charged twice, both at different rates, It is suggested you book all reservations on line, but the variance occrs when you do so.

The convenience of the location. The cleanliness of the rooms and public areas.

The staff in the restaurant - useless! Winter duvets in summer??? Poor plumbing in room 123 - the sink does not drain.

Clean comfortable room

Hotel felt very anonymous, just like chain hotel, which I didn't expect I had realised that breakfast was extra, but at £15:00 this was plain ridiculous.

tiny room but sufficient for one night

The JuniorSuite was a delight, great bed, great bathroom, everything was just what we had hoped it would be.

Spa was lovely. Restaurant Anise awesome. Well worth dining there for special occasion. Saturday breakfast very good fresh cooked with waiter service (Sunday a self-service buffet).

Bed looked smaller in upgrade room than photo suggested so pulled out spare bed for extra sleeping space!

A modern stylish decor well appointed rooms with balcony,friendly staff providing good efficient service.

Bed was a standard double although comfortable would have preferred a 'king' Wardrobe lacked hanging depth.

The room was not as nice as the one I stayed in last week. Much smaller and not as comfortable.

Room very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Great to have an iron and ironing board in the room as well as dressing gown and slippers.

The staff were rude, they wanted £14.95 for breakfast as I booked room only by accident. I understand charging for breakfast but £14.95 is ridiculous considering the standard of the hotel! Also found fluff in my coffee cup in my room and hair in the bath!

Rooms excellent standard

The restaurant very over priced. Plenty of places short walk across road for eats. Try Rumlin Tumbs for breakfast.

everything you want

Although our weekend break was cut short due to family serious illness we liked everything very much. Room was really good,facilities excellent and service excellent. We did not have time to use the restuarants but room service meal that we had was really good. Loved the Qbar and the service there.

Ambience and facilities

My room was poorly soundproofed anhad I and I had to suffer the television from the adjoining room and I could hear the guest snoring all night but the manager dealt with my complaint

I have stayed in this hotel many times and I love it! The staff are really helpful, the rooms are clean & quiet and there is a SPA with a swimming pool. The rates have always been reasonable. I will stay there again.

Booked for a business trip to Tonbridge where I was picking up a colleague from Gatwick airport so this hotel was well located for me. Friendly reception staff with a nice reception/sitting area. Full English Breakfast was nice but if you're just having a continental breakfast, would be overpriced.

For the money, the room was quite small and the grout in the bathroom needs a squirt of bleach to get rid of small areas of mould. On checking out, they tried to charge me fifteen quid for breakfast when I was assured when I booked in it would be a tenner - the price was amended but it took a lot of fannying around to achieve it. The bar ain't cheap - perhaps that's why there was only me and a colleague in there despite the car park being rammed full!
