Friendly staff - good food Room was rather small - only really big enough for one. Not particularly good value, breakfast was extra and expensive. Usually in the UK breakfast is included.

The Felbridge was excellent and far exceeded my expectations. It was very good for its price. I am quite fussy about the hotels I stayed at, and whilst we stayed in the standard room - slightly on the small side and the bed was cosy, but it was a double - the amenities were great. Lovely Elemis bath products, teas, coffees, kettle, biscuits. The food in the Anise restaurant, not to mention the service was fantastic. The service throughout the rest of the hotel was very good as well. Whilst the hotel is on a main road, strangely you couldn't hear any of the traffic which was lovely. The only thing I found strange was that the ballroom in which they hold weddings, was only accessible through the spa. So as I was waiting for my massage appointment following my husband's, about 30 people all walked noisily through to the ballroom for the wedding. This didn't particularly assist the relaxation with people walking through in dribs and drabs continuously... however the spa and pool was very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Didn't use I have stayed in many junior suites and for £144 per night I thought 2 single beds being pushed together was not very good. There was also a paid of women's underwear between the cushions on the couch. I didn't mention it because I was too embarrassed. I left them there in room 137 down the sude of the couch if you care to check. I checked out early

Friendly staff, inviting when you first walked in, easy parking. Cleanliness would have been excellent but a workman had been in our daughters room and not cleaned up his mess off of the table. This was soon delt with. Tea and coffee facilities very poor. Only one hot chocolate to fight over !!! There was plenty of tea and coffee but not enough milk capsules. We had a long journey to get to The Felbridge ( for a wedding ) We had 2 drinks while we unpacked and got changed to go to the church, one when we got back from the evening and then had to have black drinks as there was no milk in the morining. Not a lot to moan about but important when youve been travelling and need to unwind and have hot drinks.

The room and bed were very small. Similar to what I would expect from a travel lodge but much more expensive. The breakfast buffet was also not regularly topped up, was cold and there were not enough seats in the dining room. The staff were very attentive though and did the best they could. Again not really worth the money!

It was clean, bright I was very disappointed in the so called gym, its existence was why I booked the hotel, the range of machines etc was a great let down, it would have been dangerous to have worked out properly given how small the room was.

Smart and well designed hotel Good location near to airport Spa facilities and restaurants seem good quality although we didn't use them Breakfast was very good Rooms comfortable and quiet despite proximity to busy road We had delays in getting a taxi despite preordering - this seemed to be the taxi company rather than the hotel

We liked the modern design of the whole place and the service. The service at the bar and restaurant was excellent. We have no complaints but would comment only that the bath is far smaller than any normal bath even for a 5 foot 3 woman, let alone a normal tall man.

The reception staff where ill educated to the running of the reception and had little or no manners and blameded booking.com for no knowledge of our booking. Payment of the rooms was confusing as the took another swip of my card on arrival and on departure M.B.N.a will be checking I have not been charged twice. The rooms were adequate and clean but very small. The bar sevice was below my exspectations of a hotel. Dirty tables and over priced drinks and little or no service. We will not be recomeding this hotel or useing it again when we return in March 2012.

Can't really comment as we use it when visiting family in the area The bath in our room was very small and they don't issue fresh shampoo, shower gel or tissues! Also if you order a coffee or drink in the garden be prepared to wait at least 25 mins and same for the change if you pay by cash! As to recommending this hotel - we would but only used bar and breakfast room which we sufficient.

I only stayed one night but it was quiet and the room very comfortable. Breakfast too expensive at £15 per head - that is really over the top. Mix of guests a bit odd but that's what you get with £99 weekend offers I suppose. I would consider staying again. Long walk to room but then it was nice not to have people above and below you.

Anise Restaurant highly recommended for an unusual meal, and made a special effort for my daughter's birthday. Duty Manager and room cleaner exceptionally helpful with the problem I had with the tv in the room. Front desk staff not attentive or welcoming for a returning client.
