Very good service from staff in the main. Rooms were very clean and well set out with good facilities. Excellent breakfast. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at with relation to finding your room. The numbers went from double figures to 4 figures almost randomly. It took a lot of walking to find the room. On this enfuriating journey, i met several other residents in similar difficulty. The next day I found out that I could have been sent a much more direct route but was not informed.

Large and clean room, I especially liked the ironing possibility in a smart way. The bed was outstanding which is also an important issue for me. Wifi in the room would be more confortable instead of cable

Pleasant, clean hotel with friendly staff. Check in. This is not specific to the Ramada, Hatfield; but considering bookings are made in advance, detailing names of persons staying, number and type of room required and are often prepaid or at least payment details have already been provided. Why does check in take so long ?

The room was comfortable and the location is convenient The out appearing looks grim, the 60"s box style architecture is not great. Thankfully the interior is better than the exterior. Not enough staff on checkout desk during busy time.

The staff were friendly. Good menu with some variety in the restaurant. There was a hair in the bathroom, next to the bath gel.

The bar was friendly The room was very small, dark, cold and a bit smelly. There was no information in the room about room service or menus. I also think that free wi-fi should have been offered

As we were leaving,it was raining. The reception staff Mr Bishak (I can't recall his exact name) took us in his car to the Galleria bus stop for us to take our bus to the airport. I think he has done something beyond the call of duty and we truly appreciate this very kind gesture.

We were staying over Christmas with my daughter who lives in St Albans but did not have room to put us up for the holiday. The Hatfield Ramada provided convenient nearby accommodation at a reasonable price. There were very few rooms occupied so there was only a skeleton staff on duty and only a limited food option for breakfast available. There was a rather empty feel about the hotel.and entrance and exit was via a door bell.

The room was really nice, the location was good. It was quiet and the hotel had ample parking and the resturant/breakfast area looked nice. The shower was huge, it happily fitted two. Beds were comfortable, lots of coffee sachets, nice full length mirror. The hotel was quiet and there was an interesting argument from a couple in the hallway. The 12 o'clock checkout was good too!! We were told breakfast finished at twelve. But when we went down at twenty to twelve, we were told it finished at eleven!! I asked for a refund and for some reason I wasn't refunded the £20 extra the breakfast was...I Was refunded £17. I was given some confusing reason to it, but I didn't argue as I didn't want my partner to cause a scene. The hallways were like a maze! But this ended up being quite fun.

Comfortable room very well located for University of Hatfield (son on campus 100 yards away) and only £5 more expensive than Travelodge 1/2 mile further down the road. If it had been much more expensive I would have booked the Travelodge as we are on a budget, but you came up with a good price so I will do it again if I can get the same rate. Nice hotel and good value, suited us very well. Minor quibbles with room (reading light not working, somewhat noisy as overlooks a very busy road, woken at 6.15 by laundry delivery outside the window). But overall rate stay as good.
