The staff were friendly and helpfull, the bed rooms were clean and well maintained, the beds were very comfortable and the pillows were very good. Crap pillows in hotels is my pet hate and the ramada scored 10 out of ten. The breakfast was good plenty of what ever you wanted, presented well and the staff were very friendly. Would stay again.

The ease of driving to and leaving car parked safe and the ease of taxi from air port back to hotel for the night before our journey home. I think a bit of tlc would not go a miss to the whole place , ie; mouldy grout round bathroom, not having temperature controll on shower , carpets looking dated and fraying especially on stairs , could prove dangerous. And although the staff were as nice as possible under standing them some times proved difficult , so a few more English, being I did not see any might help. just a general freshen up ! .

The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. It was good to find tea-making facilities in the room. The breakfast service on a Sunday morning ( 8am to 11 am) was generous and there was an excellent choice of breakfast food. The purpose of our visit was for a wedding reception. The marquee was well appointed and the food and service were first-class. The layout of the hotel was labyrinthine! It spoke volumes that we were handed a map showing the layout of the rooms by the receptionist.

Room 265 was excellent and since our last stay mobile airconditioning has been installed. The room was very clean and comfortable. The Front Desk checkin and checkout very slow. The dining Room for Dinner - staff not experienced and slow - especially with prices charged. Another guest was given a key to our room and tried to get in during the night!

Overcharged on booking in; ground floor room window had no handle and was insecure; bathroom was mouldy and dingy; we had to put up with drunk and half dressed youngsters roaming the corridors all night and the second night was a wedding party. At breakfast the fruit juice was watered down to within an inch of it's life and when we complained we eventually got juice brought to our table but the jug for everyone else wasn't re-filled. None of the staff spoke very good English and no one could help us with directions to well known landmarks. We have stayed at Ramadas before and never stayed in such a substandard hotel and were very disappointed.

I arrived late but still got a choice from the resturant menu, rather than having to select a Bar Snack, from the Bar Staff. Poor service at reception, I was given the wrong details to sign and did not get a receipt in the morning. As I did not get good service at reception and I was running late, I did not stop to ask for one as I fully expected the receptionist to be as slow as she was the night before.

It was convenient for our needs and we are staying again in 10 days time. The breakfast commenced at 8.A.M. which we found to be late. It seemed that all the occupants of the Hotel went to the restaurant for 8.A.M. (we were hungry by then and many others had coaches waiting) and it was absolute chaos - even the staff said so. Maybe a 7.A.M. opening in th summer might be appropriate as it gets light very early and people are up and about.

The breakfast The room was like an oven and the radiators could not be turned off. They moved rooms for us without telling us or moving the luggage, so that when we walked the marathon to our room we couldn't get in and had to walk all the way back to get a key for the room with the luggage and another key for the new room. The kettle didn't work and the iron left a burn mark on my wifes top.
