The room was very spacious.great views
location, wifi and food
Room was tired and smelly. Bed was uncomfortable. Towel rail did not heat up and looked electrically unsafe (terminal being held together with tape)
Excellent size family room. Clean throughout, friendly staff. Comfortable stay .
Food, bed, room
The pool and sauna was great, me and my boyfriend really loved this! The breakfast was good too but it was going a little cold (we probably should have got up earlier)
When we first checked in we found the man really rude. Me and my boyfriend are only young and as we traveled far we both had come in comfy clothes but we feel like we was looked down on my this man which definitely impacted on our stay
Good and clean
Room and hallway could do with being updated
Stayed in family room 228; room was massive with 1 double bed, 2 single beds and a cot. Power and temperature of the shower is one of the best I've ever encountered. Whole family slept great. Decor of room, bathroom and hallways looks a little dated and could use a little attention. Reception, lounge, bar, restaurant and leisure facilities looked bright, clean and modern.
No complaints, only 1 small lift though bit tight with 3 kids plus bags =logistical nightmare
Bathroom a little tatty ; refurbishment needed
staff friendly, very clean, prompt service when had a problem, beds very nice and big.
the only problem with our room was very damp smelling in bathroom, due to extractor fan not working.
Staff, food and room were all spot on. Well worth a visit. Would definitely recommend to my friends.
Nothing to dislike
The free wifi which worked well. The bed linen and towels were clean.
The rooms are very out dated and in need of re decorating. The bed was on wheels and moved. It was also very hard, like sleeping on the floor. The bathroom was the worst though. It was filthy ... Mould on the mirrors, in the tiles, the toilet rim was black underneath it and that was all you could see while sat in the bath. Under the sink the pipes are all corroded. Serious need of a refurb.
Leisure facilities. Room.Bed- leisure club closed too early 615pm!however receptionist was very kind in giving us extra time.
We went to the bar for pre-prandial drinks. The barman was preoccupied making a coffee drink for s customer. He did not acknowledge our presence at the bar and then proceeded to serve a customer who arrived after us who was kind enough to point out we were there first. The lagers served up were lack lustre and had to be topped up. On arrival at the restaurant where we had made a reservation for 830pm our table was not ready and we were nit seated for some five or so minutes. The meal was average and the service was deplorable. The waitress lacked skill and manners when taking the order through to delivering and interrupted to take plates away when still eating. We did not receive our third course. We left the restaurant and complained to the restaurant manager who was very apologetic and offered us a complementary drink and cancelled the cost of the meal. We retired to our room fir an early night. We played some music very low. We were awakened a number if times by a knock on our door whivh we eventually answered. It was the night porter requesting that we turn our music down. We were flabbergasted by this as we had it so low we could hardly hear it ourselves. This completed a very bizarre valentines night. The breakfast wss excellent and the reception and restaurant manager were very professional and apologies were received from reception and again from the restaurant manager.
the room, the swimming facilities, cleanliness
there is no one on the bar full time, every time you want a drink you have to wait for them to come from the office
Comfortable rooms and beautiful location ,friendly staff
Working time of swiming pool and gym
Pillows to hard
location and room
pay per view channels. had to listen to guest in adjacent room watching adult channels into the early hours. channels shouldnt be offered in hotels
WOKE AT 1AM AS NOISY ALARM AND BED WAS LIKE CONCRETE
relaxed environment. Only had breakfast but that was good. Generally a pleasant stay.
the pool was out of use but it didn't bother us too much
The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
The hotel publics areas were really chilly but our room was fine. The hotel is getting rather tired but I would stay again.
Room was damp with paper coming off was ceiling was the same toilet seat loose flush handle broken and the bed was on wheels....! You sat on it and it moved not happy with stay at all very dated and worn in need of a refurbishment urgently
Big bed, room, window - clean nice view lovely evening meal
poor service at breakfast!
leaking room, shocking shower, no bathroom heating rough rooms
Bar area and gym good
Went down to pool at 8 o'clock it was fairly cold and the Jacuzzi was too cold to use
Excellent breakfast, fair room, great polite staff
Bath was dirty, had to clean it ourselves, extraction in the bathroom didn't work either.
