Room service was good. Express check out facility was good Over priced for what it is - no internet access without paying for it. Very little atmosphere. |

Not very much, the standard as certainly deteriorated since we last used this hotel. The 1st room we were given (room 16) on the ground floor had several problems in the bathroom, and I asked for a room change. Obviously the Bathroom fittings are not inspected on a regular basis, and the problems dealt with. |

very relaxing and friendly staff, bit rushed in the morning for breakfast. bar prices are extortionate, we ended up going to the local pub for food and drinks, as the prices were expensive, considering the price we had already paid for the room, if the prices would have been fair, we would have stayed at the hotel. |

The staff were knowledgeable about the area and its opportunities, and able to provide a range of leaflets and maps etc. The breakfast menu and quality of food was poor; the habit of laying out a cooked buffet leads, if not carefully managed, to cold and unappetising food |

The staff were excellent. We had a good size room and even though the hotel is quite large and was fully booked our room was quiet. The hotel pool was not open during our 3 day visit. |

We were put above the functions room and experienced very loud music which was to continue to 1 am. When I was told this at midnight, I was offered a 2nd floor room. This was obviously available, but not offered, when we booked in. |

Excellent, staff really helpful Underside of toilet could have been cleaner. Also not happy that the suppliers who were there with us got bed and breakfast for £43 and we paid £49 room only. |

I haven't ticked any of the boxes in Q.2 as none apply; the hotel is too far away from Hull's city centre to fall into the 'City Breaks' category, and it certainly isn't 'Country' being on the edge of an industrial estate. The saving grace to the place was that the staff were courtious and friendly. Considering the cost it wasn't value for money; the whole of the hotel seems worn out with thread-bare carpets, scuffed walls, tired furniture and even the facilities in the leisure centre are soiled and well beyond their 'shelf life'. Many of the components within the showers were mis-matching having been replaced previously. |

Staff were friendly, room comfortable, hotel well situated in terms of access. Used gym which was okay. Not so much did not like - the shower was difficult to operate - I have stayed at the hotel previously and it is always the same! The information in the room is outdated - it says breakfast served until 10am but in fact it was 9.30am. The dining room staff were very kind and enabled me to have breakfast albeit I was 'late'. |

We only used the bar and breakfast as we went out for dinner. The girl at Reception is a star employee and made us feel very welcome. |

Friendly welcome, which was flexible and sought to meet needs of me and my children. Food was good, and all staff were extremely friendly. Room was a very good size Thought the pool was a bit dirty - water very cloudy, and pool edges were definitely dirty and covered in debris - human skin I guess ? Noise caused by other guests until 2am a definite problem. However, concierge were very quick to sort issue once I rasied it with them |
