The Location. The hotel is neat the Pub!. It's very noisy at night if your room facing to the city view. You could hear music form the pub and people talking and screaming until 3 am! I did not have a good sleep. Not recommended for family with children to stay in this hotel!. Believe me! If you want to stay at this hotel, request a room facing river view. One of the receptionist is not really helpful! Her PR is not good. Room was not ready when we check in. Come back at 1 hour later, still not ready! |

we were allocated a very large double room overlooking the street so i was a bit worried about previous coments on noise levels - we need not have worried as the noise was not too bad. the hotel was on the main street and really good for both shopping and sightseeing.the staff were all very helpful and polite. the spa needed to be emptied and re- filled when we were in the leisure suite, and the attendant was most apologetic and tried to get it up and running as quickly as possible although the room was large, the bathroom was very small and fittings neede upgrading. the drinks in the bar were also very expensive |

Very friendly and highly-efficient staff and a town centre location that makes accessing shops and restaurants easy - a 5 minute walk to everything. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Also nice to have full access to leisure facilities. Breakfast nice, with lovely views over the River Ness. Good value. Such a shame, but the car park is a nightmare - far too small for the number of rooms in the hotel. It is also open to the public, so it's a complete lottery when it comes to getting a space. Staff did their best to assist, but they can't conjure up car park spaces. Despite being on the fourth floor of the hotel we were disturbed by the level of noise from the street below; a karaoke bar and people coming and going to pubs and clubs. I've no doubt a room on the river side is lovely - will definitely ask for that in future. |

The Break This is not a comlaint , simply an observation. The lack of adequate sound proofing in the bedroom ,facing the river ,from external noise . |

The hotel was excellant, although it had a bumpy start as they had not realised our booking was for us and our child, and tried to give us a room too small. However it took a small complaint and everything was resolved. Gym equipment needs updating |

location of hotel, breakfast very good excellent choice, we were put in ecomomy room which was small but adequate staff at front desk could have been better they did not work as team, noise at night when public houses were coming out |

The staff were very good. Every single member of staff was very attentive. The pool was lovely. The rooms were huge, especially the beds! It was a bit noisy at night. There was a pub across the road playing loud music. |

Great central location in Inverness. Staff very friendly and helpful and really enjoyed the buffet breakfast with lovely views over the river. Nothing I'd say I disliked. I did read reviews from other people before I went and I can't believe how niaive some people are, the hotel is right in the heart of a city so some noise has got to be expected. |

A nice clean hotel staf very friendly location fantastic breakfast lovely The spa was not working rooms could do with an upgrade. Our room was on the first floor above the lane it was very noisy with delivery vans in the morning and staff having their cigaret breaks outside. |

The staff and location of this hotle were both excellant. The resturant and Bar served good food and was very clean and comfortable. Rooms to the front of the hotel did attract additional noise form the street. A nightclub was located around the corner and did get noisy late at night. |

I found the staff very friendly & helpful. Rooms comfortable & a very good breakfast. Our room was very cold because the radiator wasn't working very well. The shower was a bit dissappointing. |

The hotel was very pleasant to stay in, the breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. It was a Saturday night and there was a lot of shouting from drunks on the main road at the front of the hotel. This went on until about 2am and disturbed our sleep. |
