Next to Inverness Rail Station, this hotel has a grand staircase that was inspired by the stairway in the Titanic. It is a friendly, welcoming hotel with 2 restaurants and free parking.

Warm large bedroom with comfortable bed, great city centre location
Some service at the bar/restaurant, draughty windows, outside noise until 4.30am, expensive bar prices and being charged £2 to park.
Cleanliness, lack of. Bar and foyer were freezing due to open doors. Bathrooms very tired. Staff pretty laid back, except check out lass on Sunday, who was very friendly and helpful, as you normally get in Inverness.
Great staff. Great location
The thinnest walls in the world. You can hear absolutely everything from 2 doors down. It is impossible to rest without earbuds.
Its so near to the train station with lots of eateries around. Helpful staff. Comfortable rooms at reasonable price.
lovely room. Fantastic ensuite
Bit noisy at night as room over Church St.
This is the second time I have stayed there. Staff very nice and helpful. But the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've slept in for a while.
Paying for car parking
The bed!!! I am an insomniac and also suffer from a bad back. I requested a high level room and got the fifth floor...great because there is a lift!! I had no trouble sleeping at all...in fact it was so good that I probably will not try anywhere else in Inverness. Bath too - wonderful! The location is central. Dinner in the bar is served until 10pm - brilliant if you are a late eater like me. The buffet breakfast was lovely. Staff helpful and pleasant - and the room was spotless!
Not a single thing...everything was perfect
Comfortable bed and room. Smashing view of the river from our window.
The bathroom was very dated. As was the general decor, pretty dated.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but a little too small. The breakfast was good.
We stayed in room 103. The street noise was bad. The room overlooked the outcropping of the front of the hotel and there was cigarette butts and trash to look at when we opened the curtains.
I myself booked the wrong room on the web address it had 2 single beds , we were then given another room by a very nice and polite receptionist but there was no heating working in the room and I enquired about this and 2 electric fan heaters were supplied to heat the room , it had very limited window access and to cap it off on Saturday afternoon at approx. 5 oclock there was a fire alarm and we had to wait outside in the car park which was freezing
It was right on the river, parking was no problem.
Our first room was freezing no heating no hot water. There were 2 small electric heaters but made little differance
Very central hotel and staff very helpful
Good location, very good service
Everything was excellent. Staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful. Very central location so no distance to anywhere in town.
Never had any problems at this hotel. Will be happy to stay again.
Central location, spacious room with clean bathroom
TV didnt work, no heating apart from oil filled radiator - it was -3 so thank god for fluffy pjs!
room comfort and location
it took over two weeks and a lot of phone calls to get a refund after website crashed before booking confirmed and ended up with a double booking
Excellent location close to bars, restaurants and transport links. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful, and the room was warm, comfortable and clean.
great location and very comfortable
Parking very good stay
We have stayed serval times and aways enjoyed our stay ,
Excellent city centre location
Fantastically located right in the centre of Inverness. Good parking facilities
Several rooms, including ours, had abnormally narrow doorways and entrance corridors, seemingly designed by hobbits or the borrowers. This was more of a talking point rather than a genuine issue!
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant / bar staff were also very welcoming and professional. The hotel arranged entertainment which went down very well. The hotel is situated in a great area of the town making it easy to get to where we needed to go.
Can't really complain about any of our stay.
