街の中心にあり、どこへ行くにも便利で、部屋によっては川も眺められて立地条件はまずまず。駐車場もあり、- 便利。 設備が全体的に古く、エレベーターは2台のうち1台が故障。部屋のドアも締まりが悪く、思い切り引っ張らな- いとドアが閉まらず、あちこちで夜遅くまでバタンバタンと大きな音が。しかも音のみならずその都度振動まで- 伝わってくるので、静かで快適な滞在とは程遠かった。バスルームも古臭く、シャワーカーテンは臭うし、あま- りいい気はしなかった。 |

The hotel was excellant, although it had a bumpy start as they had not realised our booking was for us and our child, and tried to give us a room too small. However it took a small complaint and everything was resolved. Gym equipment needs updating |

location of hotel, breakfast very good excellent choice, we were put in ecomomy room which was small but adequate staff at front desk could have been better they did not work as team, noise at night when public houses were coming out |

Very clean, handy shopping,lovely dining room . Our room was opposite pub across street which was quite noisy later in evening. |

The staff were very good. Every single member of staff was very attentive. The pool was lovely. The rooms were huge, especially the beds! It was a bit noisy at night. There was a pub across the road playing loud music. |

Great central location in Inverness. Staff very friendly and helpful and really enjoyed the buffet breakfast with lovely views over the river. Nothing I'd say I disliked. I did read reviews from other people before I went and I can't believe how niaive some people are, the hotel is right in the heart of a city so some noise has got to be expected. |

A nice clean hotel staf very friendly location fantastic breakfast lovely The spa was not working rooms could do with an upgrade. Our room was on the first floor above the lane it was very noisy with delivery vans in the morning and staff having their cigaret breaks outside. |

The staff and location of this hotle were both excellant. The resturant and Bar served good food and was very clean and comfortable. Rooms to the front of the hotel did attract additional noise form the street. A nightclub was located around the corner and did get noisy late at night. |

I found the staff very friendly & helpful. Rooms comfortable & a very good breakfast. Our room was very cold because the radiator wasn't working very well. The shower was a bit dissappointing. |

The hotel was very pleasant to stay in, the breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. It was a Saturday night and there was a lot of shouting from drunks on the main road at the front of the hotel. This went on until about 2am and disturbed our sleep. |

The location and the breakfasts - included - were excellent Room 506 in only very fair condition.Bath in a poor state. Restaurant in evening was unwelcoming unlikely to be able to cope with more than a dozen guests at a time. |

The hotel was centrally located and within easy walking distance to the city centres attractions . The staff were friendly and helpful . My "river view " room that i confirmed with the hotels receptionist on arrival actually looked into the back of a low rise building . If the building hadn't been there then the room would have had the river view . Staff at recepotion should inform guests of this fact on either booking or arrival . |

The room backed on to the main area for all nightlife in Inverness. Pubs, Nightclubs. The noise continued till 4.30 in the morning on both nights of my stay |
