Hotel reception desk looked deserted but still when somebody did turn up was friendly. Parking facility was very good. Tea/Coffee was good. Asked for extra Teabags which was no problem . Dear Sir.Madam I chose Ramada in Leeds North for a family function and this was the only hotel nearer to the location of or function. I was very disappointed when I walked into the the room. There was a very odd smell in the room and the bathroom was not up to standard. There was mould on the floor mainly in the corners and the shower curtain was mouldy at the bottom. Felt physically sick while brushing my teeth. YUCK I did not have a choice so decided to stay even though I had to pay a lot of money for what it was worth. It felt like the bedroom floor had not been vacuumed for a long time there were sweet wrappers from before. My husband and myself travel a couple of times a year stay in different hotels but never experienced what we did here. Stayed in different city centre hotel for two weekends in Leeds payed a lot less and breakfast was included. We actually stayed at the Jury's Inn. I do know that these comments are harsh and will not get a response but I will not stay at your hotels or recomend it to friends and family. SORRY. A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER.

The room was clean The mattress in room 112 is past it's best in condition and creaks when re-positioning in the bed. On reserving a room I specifically asked for a "quite" room. Room 112 is the next to last room in the building upstairs and near the junction of the main ring road and the A64 York road. Road traffic was heavy on these roads resulting in a near sleepless night. It is sad to have to make this disapproval on this occasion when previous visits to Ramada Hotels have been satisfactory

Perfectly adequate, clean facilities, although decor perhaps somewhat dated. Good location. Friendly staff were proactive, especially at breakfast service. Unless you want to spend £85 a night plus, why stay anywhere else?

The location was convenient for visiting our family 2 miles away, close to a major road. The full English breakfast was good. The hotel is tired and in need of refurbishment. The front doors did not open and we had to use a side entrance, the lift was out of order for the 2 days of our visit as was the coffee machine. The bar was poorly stocked and lacked atmosphere. When we got to our room, the bathroom was locked from the inside and it took 20 minutes to arouse the staff by telephone - in the end we had ti find someone.

Good sized bed , pillows comfortable friendly staff Room was cold on arrival. Hard to get warm enough. Smal fridge would be good to store milk as uht pretty unpleasant. Although comfortable, everything seemed jaded and in need of decoration particularly corridors. Smell of smoke in corridors.

Paid for a double room, was put in a single room and had to share a 3/4 bed.. Dodgy lights in the bedroom. No remote for tv, requested several times, to no avail. Got woke up at 7.30am on Sunday morning, do to noisy building work outside our room. Noisy corridor. Feel we have been ripped off for our stay. Avoid.

Spacious room, handy for Leeds. The decor was tired and in need of renovation. The lift was also out of order. There was serious black mould around the bath. Dial 0 was not answered. The front automatic doorss were locked shut and only the emergency push doors were in use.

Terrible service - the hotel was overbooked, and the staff were very incommunicative as to the problem. They ended up giving us keys to a room which was already occupied - I would not trust this hotel to keep my belongings safe.

The hotel was in a ideal location for our visit to Roundhay. The bedroom was clean. It took 20 mins to check in as there was a high number of over bookings at the hotel. We received prank calls at 5am and were disturbed by the noise of a large group of young men. On calling to reception to report the noise no one picked up our calls. The bathroom is extremelly dated.

It was cheap and there wasn't much choice of hotel the weekend we choose to visit Leeds. Even so, it did not represent value for money and I would not stay there again. We had a long wait at Reception until a second member of staff appeared. Generally, the room was comfortable although there were cobwebs. There was no hot water for the shower the next morning. However, the thing that ruined the stay was rowdy guests whose horseplay in the early hours of the morning prevented anyone from getting any sleep. Admittedly, not the hotel's fault but it did not seem to take any action to quieten the culprits.

The room was spacious and extremely comfortable - the reception staff were pleasant. Place seemed to be almost empty - a bit like a ghost town. For a woman on her own, not a comfortable feeling. The food was too expensive for what it was and there did not seem to be the possibility of having bar food. Also, there was not anywhere around that someone could walk to - the hotel was quite isolated. No shops, restaurants or a local pub.

Everything in the room worked. The bed was remarkably comfortable given that the springs creaked when I lay on it. Staff were very helpful

Location (on the road back from York). Price (relative to other hotels in Leeds) Very hard to find. Poorly marked from the main road. The sign outside says Jarvis, not Ramada Leeds North. Evening staff uninformed about pricing.

Not a lot - The best bit was checking out. The bed was without a shadow of a doubt the worst and most incomfortable bed I have ever slept in. The matress had completley collapsed on one side and was in effect like sleeping on a half inflated air matress you would use for camping.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, the rooms were filthy after moving twice I did not have the energy to move rooms again, the whole hotel was grubby, it was not until I went to pay my bill did I see that the hotel had gone into receivership, this should have been made clear before I booked as I would not have stayed. Skeleton staff on duty no care nothing.

Convenient location to where we were attending an event. Good sized room. Well lit car park. Booked 4/5 days before our visit and found that the booking had been cancelled (not sure how or why) but the receptionist reinstated our booking. Just as well there were still rooms available!
