Everything was fine
Warm and friendly. Unpretentious. Excellent WiFi throughout. Bar meals good.
Breakfast lets hotel down, although adequate.
The hotel had a bar and bar meals which avoided having to go out in the cold evening.
The room was cold as you had to turn on the electric radiator (with no thermostat) when you went into the room for the first time. The reception was efficient but going through the motions and not very friendly. There was a large dining area adjacent to the bar area but you were unable to dine there unless you had already paid when booking in!! Quite a few people were turned away and told to get bar meals......
LOCATION OF YOUR HOTEL TO MY FAMILY IN LEEDS. VERY GOOD PARKING FACLITIES
Price; there are some great deals around. Easy to find.
Poor wifi; always dropping out. Location is well out of city and is isolated. Rooms are tired and in need of some TLC.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Noise from central heating one night which was sorted out by staff. Poor water pressure on top floor, but not that big a deal really.
The room had a sofa desk and a table was great for paper work
A bit to far from town
All of it
The hotel was excellent value for money the staff were very friendly and polite. Food and drink was good value for money.
There was nothing wrong
Stayed in the new extension very nice comfortable clean room
Bed was a little hard. No heating in Bathroom
There was a spring hanging out of my mattress which I scratched my foot on. The heating was broken, no offer of extra blanket or heater
clean and cheap with parking
Run out of most meals. Room cards needed reprogramming every day. No cheese and biscuits for three nights
Free wifi Comfort of bed Location Food
easy to get into city parking
noisy doors banging all night drunks returning until 5;30 in morning
Comfortable room and bed. Efficient service from staff.
We had a loud extractor fan in our bathroom that would come on whenever you switched the light on. We had a knock on the door from 2 male members of staff saying that our fan was disturbing the whole hotel and that people were complaining so we had to turn it off. So whenever we needed to use the bathroom or shower it was in the dark. We also recieved no apology or compensation from the hotel for this inconvenience. It wasn't a good experience.
I would like a small fridge
good location to get bus to leeds from across the road in bus depot and shops handy if you forgot something in Leeds city center
doors in corriadors need adjusting to stop the banging when people go to their rooms maintainance in rooms needs attention
Hotel is situated in a very noisy traffic location... almost impossible to get a decent nights sleep. Would not return to this hotel.
The location was useful for getting into Leeds centre.
The bathroom had mould on the ceiling above the bath. This needs cleaning or repainting. The selection at breakfast was good but was let down by not being very warm.
The rooms over the reception and bar area are far better than the rooms to the right of reception. The reception and bar staff are friendly, helpfull and very good.
Room G15 was not very clean and the furniture very dark and in need of replacing.
The room was clean
The stuff at reception are so rude and are not really bothered. The room is cold.
Handy well presented hotel at a good rate.
Heating was non controllable
the bed was as hard as concrete. The window was drafty and noisy. The previous occupant had left something in the toilet for me! and the bedside lamps didn't work
Room looked over the main road/island
