The whole experience was very good. Convenient location and very friendly staff.

Lack of draw space in the room. Also the window did not close at the top this let in a lot of noise from the road.

my bedroom was poor had to get it calened when I got to the hotle. not good ????

No internet in the room as advertised. Dirty glasses for breakfast. Torn bed linen. Unhelpful staff. Room service food arrived cold. Not suitable for business people in anyway. I've complained and yet to hear anything.

The room we were allocated did not have a window.We asked to be moved to a room with window and after being told Hotel was full we were found a bed room with a window. Massive road noise day and night

Service was poor, facilities and conditions were poor. I was allocated a room that didn't have a working toilet which was used and not fixed or cleaned. Stinky room like a public toilet. When we complained to the front desk, they allocated another room without even a courtesy of an apology. Room service is not 24 hours, you can call outside delivery for service. Wifi is also only for the lounge area and not your rooms. Will definately not stay there again

Food was terrible. My coco pops huddled together when splashed with milk and required industrial machinery to separate them. The cooked food for breakfast looked desperate to get away from itself. Rooms were tiny and sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable.

A very comfortable family room for two ladies which meant that we had our own rooms.

Breakfast. As there were three coach parties to be fed by a certain time, food was cooked early for their departure so not fresh for us.

Room was clean, ready when we arrived. Plenty of clean towels. Night porter was really helpful, provided more teas and coffees for room. Breakfast staff very good, food good quality and hot. Plenty of choice

Need better pillows. Reception staff a bit useless. Guy flapped and took ages to check us in.

Location was great for the motorways and pet friendly too

The beds were really really hard and didn't have a good decent nights sleep. But for the price it justifies it I guess.

Wasnt able to use wifi in the bedroom, would have keep going back and forth to check emails or to use the net..

Great if you're in a budget.

Unfriendly receptionist, coffee stained walls, mold in the cupboard, dirty bath, only one working plug socket, poor decor, weeds overgrown in car park, horrible location.

Only one clean towel in bathroom, the other was scrunched up in the wardrobe! glasses in the room and breakfast room were dirty, breakfast was cold! Lamps in the room had no bulbs and curtains would not shut properly, the bed was also not made properly. After seeing a friends room we realised ours was at a much lower standard to other rooms in the hotel however as we checked in at midnight after a long day at a festival we were too tired to move rooms!

Receptionist was very off hand and rude to his colleague in front of us which was uncomfortable. From 2 am there were guests banging on doors, screaming, loud voices, slamming doors. We spoke with reception about this but it continued until 5 am. Awful night.

Cheap and fairly clean, most staff friendly. Food fairly cheap for a hotel.

Food was not of a good quality, witnessed lots of food being sent back and we ourselves got a refund on food. Not enough staff seemed to be working at busy time so service bit slow.

No coat hangers, poor signage in the new part of the hotel. Lamps in rooms with no bulbs.moved rooms as TV not working to be put in the new wing to find the TV had red lines (in new room) on the picture so difficult to watch. Not enough staff on duty . Poor decorations in the rooms need overall by reputable builders - new wing not finished off.. Carpet not fitted properly at skirtings doors didn't have soft closures .. Slammed when closing may trap fingers

Location is convenient

Room was interior no windows. The light bulb was missing and there was no spare. I waited 35 mins to be served a bar snack. I waited at reception 20 minutes to deal with my complaint. Frankly never had such shoddy services.
