Good value for money in excellent location. An early breakfast was served without complaint. Cheerful staff. Main lift was not working throughout my stay. This is a criticism of the lift company rather than the hotel. (Fortunately a kind receptionist told me where the service lift was!)

All staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel did not seem to be busy yet we were put into a room on the fifth floor, far from the lift and other amenities. The location isn't great - the surrounding area appears to be quite rough, although it is convenient for the Curve theatre. The quality of the breakfast was not very good.

Friendly reception staff gave us an upgrade as was a birthday stay bed comfortable Not enough towels in bathroom only one bath and hand towel for two people. Night porter needs lessons in respect to guests!!

In an excellent location. No need for buses and taxis. Nandos right over the road. Excellent. Staff seemed friendly enough. Room basic but clean and tidy. Would definitely use again.

I very much like the followings: 1- Location is in the center of the city & close to shopping area & to Leicester University. 2- Cleanness of the Hotel lobby & the rooms. 3- The staff are so willing to help & friendly. they dont have round the clock room service

Staff were very friendly & welcoming, within minutes of entering room a member of staff asked if we were satisfied with the room. Earlier reviews mentioned how noisy it could be if in a room facing the street, we didn't experience this at all the windows had secondary glazing.

Friendly and welcoming staff, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was quiet and restful (even though there were lots of guests) the food (room service was delicious. The room was large with an extremely comfortable bed , just what was needed after a stressful day in work. Will definitely stay there again

Location was very good for shops and Curve theatre. Lounge has a nice relaxing atmosphere and when the city is bustling with people at night it's nice to know you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere with a doorman to ensure it stays that way The rooms themselves are dated, we booked a double room but once we checked in found both rooms were twins. Beds were comfortable though. Fine for one night. Staff did the basic function not necessarily friendly but pleasant.
