Good food

Room heating was either very hot or nothing

Very tired and in need of renovation.

Accessible. Very pleasant staff.

Excellent standard you can expect from other big chain hotels

It might be easier to reach if you have a car

the staff were lovely and we enjoy'd our evening meal very much the pool etc was nice in the morning to freshen you up ready for shopping

Excellent room and facilities for this price range. Very comfortable.

Breakfast was very basic and disappointing considering the other excellent features in the hotel but perhaps to be expected in this price range.

Facilities were very good. Room excellent. Staff were very helpful and attentive even though they were busy with a wedding reception when we arrived.

The comfort of the room was very good an the staff were very friendly and helpful. This was our second stay at the hotel and it was better this year than last time

staff were exceedingly helpful especially in digging guests' cars out of the snow and pushing them to the clear road. Exceptional service in very severe circumstances,

E' caldo ed accogliente, ubicato in una zona molto tranquilla e circondato dal verde.

L' unico appunto riguarda il ristorante, qualità ottima ma servizio scadente , forse anche dovuto al fatto che c' erano molte persone.

Enda anledningen till att vi bodde där var att det var relativt nära flygplatsen i Edinburgh, och att allt annat var fullbokat. Det var praktiskt att det gick snabbt att köra till flygplatsen och att det fanns gott om parkeringsmöjligheter. Restaurangen var helt okej, liksom frukosten. Rummet var stort, men ganska slitet.

Personalen verkade inte ha hundra koll, städningen kunde varit bättre och hotellet kändes slitet - mer som motell i Sverige, så inte särskilt mycket value for money, med tanke på priset.
