Warm welcome upon arrival We went down to breakfast at 8am and already the room cleaning trolleys were in the corridors, making us feel slightly rushed to check out.

We booked into the disabled room on the first floor. The room was clean and comfortable and the walk-in shower and absolute luxury for us. The service in the bar area was efficient but relaxed, which again was a very pleasurable experience. Unfortunately the couple in the room next to ours decided to have a very violent and noisy argument at 3am. I called down to reception and was told that a member of staff would come up and 'have a word' with the couple next door, but they continued rowing till at least 3.45 when with the aid of ear plugs my partner and I managed to sleep. I realize this is unavoidable and not the hotel's fault but it did spoil what was an otherwise lovely overnight stay in your hotel.

Staff were very helpful the room was good but not as good as Salford Keys. The breakfast was very good, the parking was very good. I will look for Ramada Group Hotels when ever I need to stay in a Hotel. It was clean and efficient, but, the staff were really very good, not just efficeint but kind and very helpful. Very well done. The building was old, and a long walk to the room. Otherwise nothing to dislike at all.

Friendly efficient service, Very nice location in a nice town. Excellent food, warm ,comfortable room. Good range of tv with an excellent lcd tv. Car parking available. Some biscuits available with the tea making facility would be nice. I visited the local shop to get something to have with a cup of tea later in the evening.

Convenient location for the purpose of our visit. Clean and tidy room and good breakfast menu. Good value for money and staff very friendly. Our duration for this trip was one night, however, if staying longer, storage within the room would not be adequate.

Not mich to be honest It was cold in the rooms, the room was far too small to be a single room for that rate. Noisy from the lift machinery and also from other rooms.

Clean and comfortable convenient location staff friendly and helpful On arrival was told the restaurant was closed for a private partybut we could have food in the bar. The menu was a bit limited and my wife had to send her stek pie back as it was tough. They did give her a choice of another dish
